The breakfast was exceptional, lots of choices and all of them good. What really made the stay fantastic was the desk clerk, Victoria! Super friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our room was perfect for my wife who has some mobility issues. If she isn’t in management and/or being paid a great salary that should be rectified before someone steals her away from you. The best front desk person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! And no, she didn’t bribe me to say these things nor is she a relative, she is seriously that good!😁 I would hire her in a heartbeat if I needed an employee.

The hotel room had electrically controlled, roll up window blinds. Unfortunately, the unit was not only difficult to operate, it did not work properly. Also, the room had a mildly unpleasant, stale smell so I propped open window for fresh air.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location. Staff was friendly when I checked in and the location was great in relation to the rest of the city. I plan on staying here again whenever I have business in Omaha.

There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the elevator and the hallway of the second floor. Other than that, the breakfast my first morning was a little cold, but nothing to cause a major fuss about.

Everything was clean and the hotel was in a convenient location. Staff was professional and helpful.

The AC couldn’t be turned off and the ice bucket was full of water with a bag stuck in it. The lotion was so watered down that it felt like milk.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our two night stay. We had a light in the bathroom that was flickering and told the front desk about it. We left for dinner, and when we returned, the light was fixed. The beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. They had an amazing selection and a pancake maker.

Good breakfast. I liked the pancake machine! It ws very crowded and the staff did a great job with all of the guests.

They need more than one breakfast person. Too many people and she was trying to restock as best she could. The coffee ran out and it took awhile to get more. Also, the location is a little inconvenient. It’s not off the freeway and is behind a car wash.

Beds were very comfortable and pillows were of several different thickness. Something each of us liked!

Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open when needed. A door stop would have been nice.

very clean and inviting front lobby and dining area. The room was large and had all necessary amenities. It was in a very central location and easy to get around from while in town.

The heat/air conditioning unit wasn’t not finished properly and cold air blew through where there should have been caulking.

The staff was great especially Jackie and Christina. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect.

I didn't like that there was no seating outside. Adding table and chairs for guests to enjoy the outdoors will be a huge benefit.
