Everything was great. This hotel is brand new and reflects the needs of a modern traveler. It was very clean. The rooms are spacious and well lit. They kitchenette is great and the room has lots of outlets for charging our stuff as we stopped to rest during our travel back east. Carl greeted us with a smile when we first walked in. He was always so friendly and helpful/attentive to our needs/requests. The pool is nice and we loved that they had actual pool towels and not the little towels that many other hotels have (including other Hilton partners).

We enjoyed the breakfast AND the multiple areas in which you could enjoy your breakfast. The different sitting areas and the games available really appealed to us. This hotel was unique compared to others - very family friendly, yet if I were alone and traveling on business, I would be able to find a quiet area to relax or do some work. The decent-sized workout room had quality equipment and several treadmills. The pool area was clean and in great shape. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed this hotel and the staff.

In a perfect world, hotel rooms would be inexpensive. But I realize that this is not very realistic.

Kids loved the breakfast toppings. Wish we knew the first morning that the breakfast was on 2 sides of the hotel. One side is geared towards kids and the other has more adult hot items.

The luggage carts. I was told that they would be receiving new ones soon. No hot tub.

It was close to our destinations, was very pet friendly, the breakfast was great (for this level of hotel), the room was huge, the kitchen well stocked, the fridge and freezer were full-sized, and the staff members were kind and helpful to the person.

Our only complaint we had was that our room had a slight sulfur smell that seemed to be coming from the bathroom sink drain.

Breakfast was great. Pool was nice and clean. Great atmosphere. Helpful staff. I liked how they texted to make sure everything was good with the room and if I had any questions.

Netflix was advertised but wasn't available unless you had your own account. It probably should not be advertised if its not an option. If you have a Netflix account you could access it anywhere there is internet. To advertise it implies you would would not need an account.

The staff was fantastic. They were just getting power back after a storm when we arrived for check in and offered us recommendations on things to do in the area while waiting for the AC to get going again. The room was clean. There were dishes in the room which is rare during the pandemic. They had a few hot breakfast options. The common areas were clean and well kept. Will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Only 3 pillows on the bed and all of them very soft. I prefer firm pillows but I guess that’s a personal preference thing. There were no protein options at breakfast, just oatmeal, waffles, bagels, and such.

Location was great close to good places to eat. The staff was great! Cost was reasonable. It was clean and room was fresh smelling. We enjoyed the outside fire pit.

Bathroom was very small. Toilet paper was poor quality for a hotel of this quality. The breakfast was fair but could have had more selection like some rolls or muffins. The breakfast sandwiches were awful.

This property was quite nice. We like seeing other travelers with their pets. This hotel was extremely clean the breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. I suspect this property will become even better when all of the construction nearby is completed. Several hotels in this area are being demolished and a good start has already been made to upgrade this area.

Very little. The only complaint, minor in detail, breakfast hours should have been extended on Labor Day. They started closing down a little after 9:30 and we had just begun eating. We did get enough to keep us until lunch.

This hotel was ideal for our stay of several days. We had a king suite, and we really enjoyed the sitting area, and the ability to screen it off from the sleeping area since I am a night owl and my husband is not! The apartment-sized 'frig with the larger freezer space and the pull-out dining table were unexpected bonuses for anyone who prefers to arrange to take their own meals in their suite. We highly reccomend this hotel.

The outdoor grilling area is also used by smokers, who understandably want a comfortable place to enjoy their smokes. Wish the grill was located elsewhere. Safety tip== don't leave the dishwasher pods out on the counter.
