Had a couple of issues that the front desk staff fixed immediately. For the price the place was comfortable and well maintained. The wifi worked great! This is a bare bones type of hotel, but still very nice.

The garbage container by the front door outside was overflowing and blowing around the front door area…smokers right at the front door Front desk people were not particularly friendly or willing to smile

New staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and recliners are comfortable.

No early morning check in. Hard to regulate the room temperature.

Clean place with nice staff. No hassle check in and out. There's a full size fridge with ice maker that works great. Shower was amazing...great water pressure.

The price was good, location great wirh lots of places to eat in walking distance, and the room was CLEAN and comfortable! I would stay again even though the elevator sounds like it breathes. 😉

We had to wait about 15 minutes to check in because of only one person at the desk and they were fixing a TV. Very nice lady who was training someone but I don't think she should have to leave the desk to do maintenance to rooms, there should be someone on duty to do that. The irony of waiting for the lady to fix a TV is that our trv remote would not work unless you stood right in front of the TV. We didn't want to bother her again so we didn't say anything, I am sure they would have fixed it. The only real complaint we have is that a cleaning lady knocked three times on our door around 9:00 in the morning even though we had "Do Not Disturb" on the door handle. We picked up our son from the airport and didn't get back to the room until 2:30 a.m. so we were still sleeping.

They had a full refrigerator in every room, so you never had to go down the hallway to get ice, but you do need to remember to turn the icemaker on as soon as you check in.

They were probably short staffed, and could’ve given more information to me. I was never told how to logon to the Wi-Fi, front desk didn’t answer the phone, and I had to figure out turning on the refrigerator icemaker all by myself. They could have use some more signs in the room to help alleviate those issues

The property was very clean. The staff was phenomenal

I personally like it when the sink is outside of the bathroom, so when two people are getting ready, one can be in the shower and when can be at the sink

Only one luggage cart available. Woke up early and someone had it in their room so it wasn’t available to load my car. Front desk should log who uses and charge if it’s not returned. This was a big pain because we were on the 3rd floor.

shower had a grocery bag tied around to fix a leak. housekeeping bangs on the door at 9am like the rent is late. let me sleep!

Very close to family we we’re visiting. Exceptionally clean, loved having the full size fridge & microwave, the beds we’re very comfortable & amazed how quiet it was after 10 PM even on the weekend!! Definitely will stay here again.
