Perfect location on the strip, the hotel is like nothing I have experienced before in Europe, but so is Las Vegas. Loved the pools and the spa. Plenty of restaurant choices inside, you could literally spend your whole holiday without ever leaving the hotel. The staff was great and very friendly. The view from the room was amazing.

The room was not as clean as I expected.

Great location

The branded super-vanilla-ey "Aria" fragrance pumped into the lobby and casino was overpowering and quite unpleasant; guests should be warned (apparently some love it, but not us!). There was no coffee maker in the room. And the mini-bar refrigerator in the room incurs charges even if opened and used to store small personal items (like a bottle of milk), which was not clearly stated in advance and so we had to fight to get those charges removed. Last, the Aria's third-party Lost & Found service is a joke, taking its sweet time for days even when a clear location for a lost item was specified.

Gym great

One towel only at pool Pool was a little crowded bo space to swim. Opening time of pool was 9 am, I like to hit the gym 7am and swim at 8am....9 am is just too late. Room was a little dusty on surfaces

This is my second time at the Aria - so basically I like everything. The pool area in particular is just stunning, it's not an OTT party area - there is a separate party pool, but the main area is on the quieter side, with some music, but mot too loud. The rooms are large, generous, beautiful, clean and the bed feels like a little cloud (best one I've slept in aside from the Four Seasons). The entire hotel feels like a perfect resort without the AI feel. The restaurant selection is varied and of great quality. Staff is friendly, check-in was efficient, on-site parking is close and affordable. I can't wait to come back.

The incredibly long lines at their Starbucks at any point between 7-10am (but that's literally the only complaint)

The location was perfect, I was in town to see Usher’s residency show (which was great) and had to choose between the Cosmopolitan and Aria. Aria ended up being a few hundred dollars cheaper so I chose them, however, it did not skimp. The facilities were amazing, the fitness center and pools were pristine! The room was lovely, all of the staff was great! Went to a pool party at Liquid lounge (the party pool area) and just had a ball!

There is no fridge for you to store anything (bc they obviously just want you to buy everything there) so I had no way to keep a cooled water nearby. And I did pay for a water from the room (wasn’t even in the fridge, it was ON it) and it cost $25 lol

With multiple dining options ranging from mid-tier to high end restaurants, Aria is probably one of the best casinos in terms of restaurant options, bars, and nightlife. We were somehow disappointed on the status of our room. We are not sure if this was one of their older rooms waiting for renovations, but our room felt as if it was left non-remodeled for the last 10+ years. Some minor issues with the electrical drapes as they were broken and you couldn’t manually close them…plus we also had heavy construction people working on the outside aisle of our room early in the last day of our stay. In general the rooms are extremely clean, spacious, comfortable, with great closet spaces and bathroom. It’s just the premium room feeling you are expecting from properties like Aria that was not present during our last stay.

I liked that it was clean and had plenty of restaurants including the shops near by - the amount of smoking in the lobby didn’t affect the entire smell of the hotel which was a big plus. I also liked the location (close to supermarkets and pharmacy if needed) a bit of a walk to the other hotels but Aria has a little train link that we discovered on our last day.

some of the reception staff were stuck up and hard to talk to or ask questions - they were also not very informative of the facilities or hotel amenities although they knew it was our first time, we were only told where the elevators were and that’s it.

Went to the concierge desk to book tickets to the KA show at MGM Grand. Because of the recent cyber hack it was not easy for Concierge Agent Charles (Filipino) to get thru and book seats. He was so patient trying to get thru. When he did we were given an excellent choice of seats for the show. Charles was a superstar !!!!

Minor Issues: - sqeaking closet doors badly in need of lubrication - safe drawers between the two bed would slide open. Only way to keep the drawers closed was to slide a suitcase in front. - room was not cleaned on one of the days. Someone switched the Service light to Privacy so we came back to an unserviced room. I'm sure the Service light was one because I double checked that the Service light was on from outside the room before we walked over to the elevator in the morning. Called about the issue late in the afternoon/early evening and the hotel sent staff up immediately to service the room.

I like the location of Aria, it feels pretty easy to get to. The staff was all nice. The view was ok, I did really like the automatic blinds. The mattress was comfortable and I liked that there was two closets and plenty of space to put our clothes, and the robes.....they were so comfy!

The smoke. The moment I walked into the casino my allergies went nuts, the first floor is just so smoke filled, I feel like other casinos do a better job with getting that smell out. It took us 30 minutes to wait in line and get checked in. I was curious why if so many people were in line they only had 4 people working. The pillows are awful, my neck hurt the whole time. I also wish there was a way to know if there's a conference at the hotel because it was sooooo busy. We couldn't go to one bar to get a drink, anytime, food places were all so busy. We had to leave our hotel for every meal and to get a drink which was a bummer.
