Room size was good, included tv, refrigerator, iron/iron-board, soap/shampoo, and bed was comfortable. Also included AC unit.

View wasn't the greatest, third floor leveled with the roof. Tv wasn't working properly and room/amenities could be updated/modern. Old looking carpet, bathroom countertop and toilet were old.

This place is fantastic, clean and wonderfully peaceful. It's situated just a short 10-minute from the main street. The gym is also spotless and quite decent. I strongly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and quiet stay (was there there in Sep of 2023).

The water pressure in the shower could use some improvement; I sincerely hope they address this concern since it was very low. While having pets brings joy to their owners, for someone like me with allergies, it can pose difficulties. I hope they consider implementing more restrictions to ensure we can comfortably coexist without exacerbating allergie.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, large lobby. We enjoyed the free coupons for drinks and dessert at the bar as well as water bottles.

It would have been nice to have breakfast included.

Everything. The staff were helpful and friendly, the lobby was spotless and the rooms were very clean, spacious and safe. There was enough facilities and ammenities to make our stay comfortable, including complimentary lavender pillow spray and reuseable eco metal water bottles.

Only the aircon was very loud when on, so could not run all night and the walls were very thin lots of noises of other people closing doors, running sinks etc.

Typical business/conference hotel. Don't expect anything special here. My room had a nice view on The Sphere (which is officially opening in September). There's a food court in the Horseshoe, just across the street.

Breakfast choices are limited to unhealthy options. The bathroom air duct was disgusting, full of mold or dust or both. The pool is quite small and gets direct sunlight, no shades at all. If you come for a conference or business, then good, otherwise book elsewhere for better value.

The view of the linq wheel was super cool. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly. The hotel restaurant was good and staff within it were kind and quick with service. The pool was well kept and had nice seating areas around it.

The lamp in our room didn't turn on. I also did not realize until we arrived that this hotel was strip adjacent. If easy location is high on your list- this isn't the one.

Staff upfront was nice. Location was ok. Pool although small was nice. Buffet is average. Vallet was good.

There is a large area of construction they never told us about. Spa is massively overpriced——$164.00 for a 50 minute basic massage. Buffet was average , but expensive if you don’t have a voucher.

Comfort, feeling of being at home, perfect for the family, our 3.9 years old son simply lived staying at The Westin… and the breakfast was awesome .. we used to look forward to mornings to have the king’s breakfast

house keeping could have been better but may be it was slow because we were there at the Christmas and staff shortage due to holidays

Breakfast was incredible- they charged to our room but then deducted the cost when we checked out. Food was amazing! Staff were so friendly and extremely helpful! They even upgraded our room for a city view!

Our beds were not made or sheets not changed over the duration of our stay and we had to ask for toilet roll and clean towels. Other than that it was a brilliant trip and I would recommend

Loved that is very close to the strip. It made walking not so bad. 5-10 min walk to the strip or you can also cut they Bally’s casino. The Westin is on the quiet/calm side which I loved. Away from the madness of the strip but within good walking distance. Room was clean but no cleaning crew cane during our stay. Most likely due to covid. They may only clean/make the beds after checkout. They gave a complimentary dessert at the bar for being a guest but unfortunately they ran out by the time we went to the bar to pick it up.

No mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. No fan/vent in the bathroom. The rooms don’t have the food menu for the bar/restaurant. You have to walk down to the bar/restaurant to view the menu. Also only like 1 server and 1 bartender for the whole bar/restaurant so slow service if ordering from the restaurant menu.
