When I booked it says breakfast was included but it didn't said or I didn't read if it says it was only for 2 people we were a party of 4 and once I was there I was told breakfast was for two people only if I wanted I had to pay for the other two. Thanks

My room on the ground floor was dark and needed to have lights switched on the whole day; when people were smoking on the patio the whole smell landed in my room; no grocery store or breakfast place in the neighborhood

At the swimming pool there was no place to change swimming suit. And the restroom at the swimming pool was closed all the time which was annoying.

The staff is nice. Parking easy. Close to my meeting. View of river from our ground floor room. Walk way outside our window requires a key. We felt safe.
I was very sad to see a homeless man and his dog walking on the other side of the river. The dog was trying as hard as he could to keep up with the man. The dog looked like he had something wrong with his legs or feet. I would imagine he was also hungry. The man filled a small tub with water and the dog drank. Then they both lied down for a nap.

The location was ideal. We were in Reno to see a show at the Pioneer Theatre, which was an easy walk a few blocks away. Good parking next to the hotel.

This was our last stop over before returning home to California, after a three week road trip. We had not been to Reno in years and did not want to stay right in the midst of the downtown, gambling area. The hotel on the river was very relaxing. Good protocols are in place for Covid-19 which was our concern the entire trip. Breakfast is Starbuck's coffee and other minimal choices to purchase, but we did not mind, as so much has changed with food service due to Covid. The bar was closed but we had our own wine and we sat and drank in the lobby, which was often quiet, and also outdoors at the river. Rooms are comfortable and bathroom was spacious. We had a view of the river.
Don't bother with downtown Reno gambling, during Covid-19. We just took a photo of the infamous Arch sign and went on our way.
