Having been “avalanched” in the Sierra Nevada, and having managed two days after to arrive to Reno, we were looking for a hotel in front of the airport. This Hyatt is the place for that. Nice staff. Very clean place

A lot of small details. Getting the shuttle via a phone call, using the Hyatt phone system nécessitates a phone calls systems’ agility, we did not have. Getting the hotel internet is complicated. The coffee machine in the room had no coffee pot. The choice proposed for dinner is very basic…

Briana was absolutely the best. All of the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and professional. We will definitely come back to this location in the future. Please thank the staff !!!

The fold-away sofa had some dust collected underneath. I was surprised there was no microwave oven in the room.

As close to the airport as the Hyatt was, we and others we spoke to had difficulty finding our way to it. Either show diagram of how to get there on hotel confirmation or let rental car agencies know driving directions. It’s not enough for them to say, “The Hyatt is right across the street from the airport.”

Airport shuttle was only a large SUV that held 3-4 people with bags. For our early morning flight, there was quite the queue at 4:20am. We ended up having some of our party walk to the airport so the rest of our party could fit with our bags in a single trip.

Carpet in room was not clean Breakfast was lacking Compared to other Hyatt Places we stayed at, the breakfast was barely acceptable. Wall paper repairs were peeling off wall.

They ran out of eggs for breakfast both days we were there and we went early. also no tram service 24 hours. I had to Uber to pick up my husband at the airport coming home from his deployment

Our room was spacious. Having both bed and a sizable couch. Comforts of home.

A couple things The configuration of the bathroom was challenging, the door and toilet were too close. Had to go completely in shut the door in order to get to the toilet to use it. Also the lighting the bathroom really could be brighter.

There was no kitchen or microwave in the room which I thought it had when booking so I was really disappointed. The breakfast was ok but the coffee was not great. I ended up visiting a local coffee shop each morning.

I like the fact that the hotel is located within a short distance of travel from the airport. Additionally, I like the professional attitude of the hotel staff, and the value of the hotel.

In opinion, I would like to suggest that with time, the Hotel management think of starting a restaurant within the facility in order to meet the immediate needs of their customers who want to avoid wasting time looking for a good restaurant to meet their lunch and dinner needs. I did not like the hassle of looking for a good restaurant to find a good meal away from the hotel. In my opinion, this is something to To think About......"

Excellent option if you need to stay near the airport, although they have a transfer to the airport is walking distance. Very good breakfast, the room was big and nice.
