Staff was friendly and professional, handled all of our requests with a smile. Rooms were super clean and all hardware/appliances worked. Once in a while large #2 packages would require extra postage, but the toilet never overflowed. And despite the location being across the street from the freeway, a High School, two blocks from an Elementary School and about a mile from the airport noise was NOT an issue inside our room. You'll be able to sleep well, if that is your goal.

Facility was older, perhaps part of a budget chain at one point prior to being adopted by La Quinta. Rooms would have benefited from a carpet upgrade, and it would have been nice to have a microwave though there was a microwave in the front office which was accessible.

I chose this inn because of proximity to the Reno airport. I had a very early flight. The site information listed an airport shuttle service, which it no longer has. The manager, Efe, told me most guests use Uber, and how easy and quick it was, how to book it ahead of time, etc. He even gave me a break on the parking cost (I left my car for 5 days), and told me where to park it so security cameras were on it. He was very helpful. The big surprise was that I noticed on the map (while getting ready to book Uber), how very close this site is to the Reno airport. It was a 10-15 minute walk, so I walked! In many airports it is a longer walk to the gate! I will absolutely use this La Quinta location again. Walking may not be an option for travelers with much luggage, but I was traveling light.

Customer service was really nice! Rooms were great, . Shower head had great water pressure, Tv has youtube

Bathroom smelled like paint, room was alittle dry with or without the fan on.

comfortable, clean room. comfortable bed. decent breakfast of quick and easy foods like coffee, cereal, fresh boiled eggs.

while the Paul Mitchell hair products worked great, they were unfortunately in tiny plastic bottles- time to switch to wall mounted dispensers, La Quinta. pool was not available to use. few available ice machines.

No breakfast just coffee.. juice server was broken. Room smelled of heavy smoking but within 4 hours staff iodized the room to fresher standards. Quality and reception on TV was very good new tile floor in bath looked nice but corners, walls and doors were dirty and needed a coat of paint. Art on wall was sign this was a nicer hotel at one time. had a table and 2 chairs which we used

No Refrig. bed had low spots and creaked carpet was dirty and loose with ripples that were trip hazards not 1 hanger to hang clothes we used it to dry towels as no towel bars in shower area would be scary to stay by my self lots of shady cars and people. Some firefighters and first responders with dogs there made us fell safer

Excellent pricing and great customer service.

Only one garbage can needs 2. If you stay more than one day each day u stayed u will need to go up front to get your key card redone. Went to room late evening card didnt work to get in. Went to office there were 6 others that their cards were doing the same.

I loved the room, very nice, clean, I liked that there was a bathtub!

Breakfast ran out a little to soon, but it was a nice surprise to have it.
