I liked it at a restaurant manifold bar you can sit down have a little snack and a drink

Bathroom was not equipped properly with handicap railings did not match website photo on website for Holiday Inn Inn Express Budd Lake disappointed with response from manager I will be staying in September he switched my room from 103 to room number 105 I said that doesn't resolve problems with 103 will you be fixing because it's very dangerous and you don't have grab rails entering or leaving the shower you have to reach over the bathtub and toilet was missing a railing next to it just one in the back of wall of commode I had to reach in the sink grab lip of the sink to pull myself up I hope it's been repaired

All of the desk clerks were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Our room was also very quiet and I couldn't ask for a better location. It was close to I-80 and many local restaurants. Great spot!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I plan to stay here again when I visit my family in NJ.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. I was very impressed. The location was basically on top of Waterloo village where the wedding we were attending was being held.

One of the people at the front desk is insufferable. also they changed my room to have two twin beds the day before I arrived and never responded as to why.

The breakfast was excellent! Really exceptional.

As a European we are not used to the very load cooling/heating systems in the room. That is a bit difficult for us.

the staff was so helpful

the accessible room did not have lower peep holes, the beds were not the correct height, the toilet was very low, there was a chair that I had to have removed because it left less then a ft between the bed and chair so my wheelchair couldn’t get to either bed.

Front desk staff was wonderful helping with a booking issue. Clean room everyday and great buffet breakfast.

The breakfast was great with something for everyone. It was the cleanest and one of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in.

One of the elevators went down leaving just one in operation, which led to longer wait times

Everything was clean and nicely maintained. My room was nice as expected and I had no issues. The bathroom was notably nice, a rarity in most hotels of this level.

Unfortunately, due to covid the bar was closed and there was no full continental breakfast, which was disappointing considering restaurants are open at this point. The options for breakfast included Greek yogurt and some pastries, which were better than nothing, but I felt lacked creativity. The beer at the convenience fridge in the lobby was very pricey @ $5 a bottle, especially considering no bar options.

Staff was great! Helped us print tickets to a tour we forgot to print at home.

Sheets had stains and curtains would not close all the way so light was coming in at night. Alarm clock was so bright it lit up the whole room.

I really understand that the pandemic has caused changes. But the property was marketed as having a full breakfast included and a menu was left in the room for the café. Instead it was coffee in the lobby with a pastry. The hotel did offer us some takeout snacks in lieu ofthe breakfast. It was a nice gesture but perhaps the marketing should’ve reflected the reality
