I expected an EV charging station in the parking garage. The Blink station on P2 was difficult to find (instructions from the front desk were misleading; eventually flagged down an attendant from the lot who showed me where it was). Then after trying to charge and failing, I called Blink and found the station is permanently out of service. This process took several hours. It would have been helpful if the front desk had told me from the start the charger was offline.

There was a mishap with my first room and they quickly upgraded me. I appreciated that. Room was nice and neat. Bed was really comfy. Bathroom was clean. The staff is really nice. Validated parking ticket was good. Lobby is pretty. Lots of space everywhere.

Lobby music was very loud. There's a lot of business travelers like me and we do work and calls in the lobby so it's very distracting. The room mishap was obviously not intended but you should've checked before you give me a room that is in mid repair with the door open and no one is there. Although my room was clean, the work table surface was dusty when I wiped it. My $17 breakfast was so so and the potatoes were very hard. It took over a half hour for them to make my omelette and they gave it to the wrong person the first time. So they had to make it again. I don't like to complain but these little inconveniences matter specially I was there for work not leisure so time was of the essence.

Beautiful view from the 15th floor. Newly remodeled rooms. Very clean. Staff is friendly (for New Jersey). Very centrally located in Morristown, few minutes' walk to all the main attractions, co-working office, restaurants and bars.

No breakfast/restaurant inside the hotel, just a Starbucks and a bar in the lobby. For a hotel in this category, you'd expect a restaurant as well as a pool/spa/hot tub/sauna/massage offering, etc. Waters in room are not complementary, but $3 per tiny bottle.

They have a fun lobby.

When I called to double check on the reservation, they only had 1 room!!! After going back and forth for 20 minutes they were able to get 2 rooms that were adjoining rooms, which what was originally reserved. I arrived at the hotel and the rooms were no longer adjoining, but around the corner from each other. Also, when checking they had a really hard time splitting the bill 4 ways. They could not get the concept!!

Very beautiful hotel and Christmas tree. Great location and conveniently connected to the AMC movie theater. we went to see a movie and didn’t have to go out into the cold again to get in the theater! The room was very spacious and clean. The heating was great. The bathroom was a bit small but still very nice. All in all, we’d definitely stay again.

Only bad thing was having to checkout. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Convenient location, clean and spacious room, Starbucks inside the hotel, nice staff. I could go to CVS in a 5 minute walk.

A little bit pricey, loud air conditioner At first, I didn't like my room because the sound of the air conditioner was too loud. But when I asked to change my room, the staff immediately changed the room, which was nice.

The first room I was given did not have a couch to sit on and I couldn’t pull down the blinds, so I asked for another room. The second room I got had great blackout blinds that worked and comfortable couch so I could watch TV. On the bill, they charged me $17 for parking, which was not true. Had to call them back to get it erased from my bill.

When we first arrived, our first room wasn’t great. It was right near the elevators and the blinds didn’t come down. When I told the desk to look at the room, they ignored my advice and just gave me a nicer room on the top floor with blinds that worked.

The hotel was just fabulous from start to finish. Big spacious room with a big bathroom as well. Hotel bar was lovely, had great food menu and great service. Very easy check in and out. It was a extra bonus having a Starbucks in the lobby. Very good location to morristown. Everything and everywhere within walking distance

Everything was great from the staff that greeted me at the front desk to Roon Service. Validated Parking was a plus, thank you. The bed was heavenly, nice size rooms and bathrooms. Loved the show head. So many pluses to mention, I absolutely loved staying here, they do it right.

I was tired from traveling when I arrived and there was no Valet Parking. I understand that Covid is most likely the reason for this, but it would have been nice to have the valet parking back in service. That is really my only negative comment.

only one elevator was working the day we left. we had to walk down 6 flights with our luggage. a light in the entryway was not switched so my husband had to climb on a chair to unplug it. also the room seemed to be missing a chair.
