The room was very clean and neat. The bathroom was clean and set up with conditioner, shampoo, lotion, and soaps for patron usage. Check in person never stated to me if breakfast was served in the morning and I never asked. The bed was very neat and comfortable. Sheets and pillowcases was clean and placed very nice on the bed. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great for the one night stay.

What I didn't like about the stay was the staff was not very friendly or informative. I was never told if breakfast was available at the hotel. I was told that there was no smoking in the room but when I turned on the heat in the room there was an old cigarette in the vent of the heater that I removed and flushed down the toilet.

- Walking towards the hotel can be a bit dangerous because of traffic (as not a lot place for pedestrians) - You'll have to walk 10-15min if you want to have a breakfast

I was a little hesitatant after reading some reviews but it turned out to be a great stay. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The room itself was nicely set up and the fridge was super cold. The bathroom was large and fairly clean. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Location might be a little difficult for those without a car. There aren't any stores that are easily walkable to.

The staff were extremely nice and friendly, rooms are large. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. More than enough for myself and 3 other guests. Location is great, there is two mini plazas up the road, not even a 5 minute drive. And a 24hr chicken and pizza place which was our go-to. We very much enjoyed our stay

The is a restaurant/ bar which is downstairs in the lobby was temporarily closed, the "store" didn't have many options and what was there looked dated. The coffee station was always a mess and not greatly stocked but doable.

The hotel website indicated that they have an onsite restaurant. It was closed 2 years ago, but the website was never updated. We planned on eating there because we didn't have a car and there were no restaurants nearby.

Would have preferred closer to transportation either bus or train. The walk to bus stop, did not have a side walk, was somewhat unsafe walking back at night without sidewalk.

The room for 4 people was not even comfortable. They got only two twin size beds for four people . They provide king size for two people size room. But for people size room the beds was not comfortable .

Instead of an alarm clock waking us up at 7:30am, the smoke detector went off around six or there about. We grabbed my computer and two small bags and waited in the car until the fire dept equipment left and then we left. I hope someone turned off the alarm clock in our room. It was a false alarm and ruined what little sleep and rest we received when we checked in at 1:20am.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff

Wish they offer breakfast included in hotel Mattress are placed very high and its was difficult for shorter person to get on to it. As my wife was disabled so it was difficult for first night but staff moved me to Other room. Thanks

Staff was awesome. Rooms n bathroom were clean. Internet n TV available . Location is too good for the people who are visiting NY n NJ for leisure.

I had booked 2 rooms , one room's hair dryer wasn't working. And the other room's toilet flush lever was broken. Everything was good they just need to work a bit on repairs n maintenance .
