No issues until my breakfast incident. Everything else was fine during my stay.

Breakfast. Chef didn’t clean off grill when making my eggs. Found bits of bacon and other pieces I didn’t recognize in my eggs. I do not eat pork so this was very disappointing. The eggs was also super oily. The server took the charge off for the eggs but I still had to pay $9 for 2 small pieces of French toast.

The hotel was an absolute great! The service from the moment we arrived until we departed was exceptional. Located very conveniently close to the Cruise Port. My husband and I were leaving on a cruise and needed a one night stop-over. Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we did not get enough time to enjoy the beautiful gardens that evening. However, we certainly did during our next morning walk. I would also like to point out that the on-location restaurant Lorenzo"s Restaurant and Cabaret is a gem! They were nice enough to accommodate us for dinner, though we were one hour past our reservation time. Lovely piano music and delish food and excellent service. Hilton Garden Inn NY in Staten Island is a great stop prior to cruising!

Our room had no vent in the bathroom had no bathtub, the furniture looked old and scratchy, also there was no papers to write on you know usually they leave little things on the desk for you to look at like telling you what time breakfast is and everything but I will say the bed was very very comfortable

Breakfast was a good combination of buffet and freshly prepared eggs. Very pricey if not paid for in advance though.

We were given a room above an event that was taking place. The bass from the music was overwhelming but they accommodated our request to be in a quieter location. The staff suggested a car service for $45, however when the driver arrived they had given him the wrong destination and the cost was then $97.

The restaurant and food was good reasonable

The refrigerator was on high and froze the leftover food we had when it was turned down the refrigerator leaked woke up to water on the floor and asked to restock coffee creamer and sugar which was not restocked

Loved the location, the property is beautiful, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was my first time in Staten Island, so I didn't know what to expect from a Holiday Inn there, but I was very pleasantly surprised.

I have no complaints. I'm preparing to book another trip to Staten Island, and I'm planning to stay at this hotel. It was great!

Front desk staff was very kind and professional. Regina went above and beyond to get me glasses to have a cocktail in my room and she also gave us an extra hour to check out the following day.

A used bar of soap was left in the shower from previous guest.

Overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. It all was done very well if I didn't have a problem or complaint about anything it must have been done right by the property.

I really couldn't pick out anything to say I didn't like.

Room was decently equipped with comfortable beds. Great location and easy parking. Staff friendly and restaurant had good food. Cleanliness was good.

Noise isolation only so-so. Too much noise from hallways able to pass through around entry door. As a result could hear kids in next door suite and people in hallway easily. AC was powerful but noisy.

First night didn’t sleep much because there was a wedding but looking forward for next week staying with family. Friendly service.
