The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff were ready, willing and very helpful to make sure everyone enjoyed their meal. I saw them delivering waffles to children and the head of staff was walking the dining floor when she saw a ceiling leak (it was pouring out), immediately blocked it off and got maintenance involved. I saw it unfolding, but they were so quiet most others never saw them. The woman cleaning on my floor asked me if everything was fine and wished me a happy day.

Only one issue...the ceiling fixture in the bathroom was cracked, with a piece broken out. While this did not affect my stay, I wanted to make sure no one thought I had done it. It was quickly documented.

The room service was delivered in a timely fashion, and tasty. The staff were friendly and I received a welcome back bag. I actually forgot the last time I stayed was 10 years ago. That was a pleasant surprise it more than a data base, there was a hand written note attached. The kid and I went out to the LOVE sign and was singing L is for the way you look at me, O is only ... and the Chief Officer Kristina G joined in and sang and took pictures of the kids and I , play and professionalism! I was so impressed! n

Hotel and room were very clean, staff was very friendly. Kitchen staff were exceptional. For some reason (maybe Mothers Day) kitchen closed early but the staff were super friendly and got us omelets, homefries, oranges, yogurt, raisins and danish. They all deserve a raise. Loved the western / horse theme and the statue and stagecoach. First time I ever saw a real stagecoach in person - it was a highlight.

Beds are way to hard, was hard to sleep because my hip and shoulder hurt.

I liked the breakfast options and the maintenance crew were always on the go. My room was super clean and comfortable and everyone working on my floor were kind and pleasant. Overall I had a great experience and would stay here again.

I was just a tiny bit turned off when I checked in that the welcome wasn't super welcoming. When I returned to the front desk to ask for a plastic knife, the original gal who checked me in was removing polish from her fingernails and someone else assisted me. Not a huge deal, just didn't seem super professional.

Love that I was on the 6th floor. And just everything about the room I had a beautiful view of the sunset and the busy airplanes taking off, I love to fly and I love airplanes.

I did not like the grown children running up and down the hallway, from probably 2 doors down. They were running and yelling at about between 10-11pm. The T.V didn't work when we got back to the hotel...immediately a nice gentleman(hotel worker) came and fixed it quickly, thankyou so much. And your Ice machines were not in working order on floors 5 & 6. Me and another hotel guest made it look like a scavenger hunt for ice lol...but we never found any, it was ok lol I will always continue to stay here when I visit NYC, thankyou so much.

Location ..no noise or pollution

.The fact that the publicity mentioned free shuttle to hotel was really misinformation...we waited 2hrs for the hotel shuttle..2 were reading Hilton and drivers said..yes it is coming...and someone called for us hotel and reception said NO shuttle and we paid 60$ Uber taxi.....terrible ..and booking.com had told us to call you on arrival but no wifi in terminal P4...very bad experience and impossible to get an answer from question about free shuttle

facility was nice

there were hairs at shower when we checked in. so cleaning was not that great. And front desk person wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable. I told her we had the 2 rooms under different names and she kept saying booking didn’t send the reservation for the second room and I had to call them. well while I was in the phone magically the reservation appeared all that wasted time and wait for us as customers besides we were checking in late in the evening not early check in or anything like that and how Can one room had been recorded but the other one wasn’t ? i tried explaining to her about it was under different name and she insisted it was booking. com mistake. So I don’t know but please get your stuff together whoever made the mistake.

Breakfast was excellent. Fantastic waffles, hot breakfast & great coffee. Plenty of choice in the buffet breakfast. Staff were very competent & friendly. It was my 2nd stay in the hotel and we loved staying there. We will be back!! Thank you so much.

I didn’t get a chance to eat but I did see the set up and it was smelling good. The room was clean, everything was replenished and the bed was super comfortable.

I think they should get bigger refrigerators that cools quicker, it takes hrs for drinks to get cold. If you get ppl who will stay more then 2 days, you can’t really fit no leftovers in the fridge. I also think they should have small travel size pack of Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer in the rooms for new customers each stay.
