Beds were very comfortable with an assortment of pillows on the bed for assorted pillow preferences. Breakfast not only included typical HOT fare such as eggs, sausage, potatoes & waffles, but also FRESH cut up strawberries, melon, and pineapple!!!

If I had to pick something—— it would be location. ( seemed hidden in an industrial park setting). No restaurants close by- walking distance. Which was ok. This is a newer hotel so maybe the area is being “developed” to accommodate such.

The property was very clean, food was great. It was not loud so I got a good nights rest it was also in a great area.

I did not like that when I left I asked for towels and face cloths be delivered to my room and when I got back really late I was not able to shower right away because the towels were never put in my room I had to call down again so it just didn’t feel like the hotel prioritized the needs of the people staying there. I also didn’t like that it was not communicated to me that I had to pay an extra 50 Dollars for a security deposit on top of the price of the room which was not cheap and I had spoken to someone on the phone earlier that day and that fee was not told to me until I arrived at the hotel later on that night and found out from the other staff member who’s customer service was not that great.

The best part of our stay was breakfast. My children and I have never had a more well prepared banquet in a hotel before. The hot food imparticularly, was prepared to perfection. Bacon had the best crisp and eggs never runny like most places. We were impressed for sure. Even the coffee cups smiled at you (the graphics on them). Above all that, I was happy to find that the staff at breakfast were more delightful then anywhere I encountered humans on our trip. Ana made our stay one of the greatest ones we have experienced yet. We are greatful to have met her. What a blessing.

Day one I called down to request new batteries for the remote but no one ever answered or followed up to my message. We didn't watch TV the whole stay.

The room was clean and satisfying. We could have our dog with us, witch is Why we choose the place. Nice breakfast buffet, and Nice with coffe available in the reception.

the pet fee of 75 dollar is steep on a 116 dollar room pr night. We did not know about the fee before we Got there. the manager was very serviceminded and we came to an understanding. but still, 75 is a lot. other places we stayed has no pet fee, or 15 usd pr night. this is a Hilton standard fee, but i Think its too much to be fair. it was a lovely hotel, but the large fee will keep us from staying at any of the chain hotels in the future.

Quality of breakfast food, very good, breakfast attendant, excellent customer service (keep her), presentation of food, she kept entire breakfast bar full, coffee, fruit, yogurt and pastries. Front desk, check in/out, very friendly, helpful, great customer service. Overall, I felt welcomed and greeted by every staff member I encountered, and I only stayed 1 night. Extremely clean room plus all of the halls, food service areas, tables in seating areas, snacks by the front desk, shelves full, refrigerated items label front and full. Entire Staff from what I saw deserve, "Great Job", Thank You for making my stay a pleasant one!

OK, there is one thing, but not much to do about it. In the bathroom, I stayed in Room 208, who thought it would be a good idea to place the faucet at the corner of the sink? It would be a great idea if the faucet itself was a little longer. If you turn the water on low, it doesn't flow into the sink? It flows on the counter, looks good but not practical, maybe just a fix of a longer faucet, just a thought?

Hampton Inn is always my first choice to stay for night while I am traveling. Hampton Inn Cranbury didn't let my expectation down. It looks updated, a clean room, a bathroom has the bathtub that I loved. A comfy bad. This is everything that I need for night.

The breakfast was mediocre. Usually I skip a breakfast meal, a cup of coffee is my morning routine. But my husband didn't have his favorite pancakes for breakfast but we ended up with cereal and fresh fruit that I think was more healthy.

Modern and clean property. The staff are all friendly and available for assistance. Ana, the lady overseeing breakfast in the morning, is a sweetheart. She was attentive to making sure everyone enjoyed their meals. The hotel is quiet indoors and on a quite road. Its only a few minutes from NJ Turnpike. Our room was clean. King bed was extremely comfortable. Modern bathroom. Room temperature was always good although it was during an arctic freeze outside. This Hampton Inn definitely delivered and did not disappoint.

Cranbury is a very small town, but I was visiting for a wedding, the room was great, seemed like the hotel had recently been upgraded, bed was huge and the shower was fantastic. Although you need to drive, it wasn't that far to get to Princeton, or New Brunswick.

There was a pool in the hotel, which was very small so didn't use, but glad that there was an option. This hotel is very good if you are driving, as I had to take uber's if I wasn't able to get a ride with other's of the wedding party.

Not a issue that supersedes the overall ratings but suggestion: Printed information on surrounding eateries shopping etc Water canister for sips of water like the coffee canisters in lobby

The property was well kept. The hot breakfast was very good and the staff was fantastic keeping everything available.

The outside had some trash and beer cans on the grounds as you entered the building. There was a large group of people outside the pool area on the patio at midnight being loud and playing music loud enough fir me to here the lyrics of the music being played. I called at 12:20 and the desk said they would take care of it. She did speak to them, however after she left their music was blaring again. Luckily had ear plugs. The front desk should have made them leave. Aren’t their sound ordinances in Cranbury? i had to get up early and travel on a few hours sleep.
