No counter space in bathroom Toilet kept running, had to keep jiggling the handle No hooks in bathroom to hang up wet towels for 4 people

Great service by staff that we communicated with.

No coffee for 2nd day in room. Only towels etc for 2 adults and we clearly put that we had one child with us. Breakfast was slow, butter at the end of our meal for toast, when we asked for to go box.

Newly refurbished property and rooms. looks good. Close to Six Flags which is why we stayed there.

Restaurant wasnt very good. Staff were pretty clueless. Didnt understand dietary requirements (GF) brought us the wrong order etc

Going to wedding In area & it was close to it

Only complaint was that we were staying 2 nights & they never refilled the coffee pods for the second night . We enjoy a cup of coffee as we get ready in the morning

This was by far one of the nicest hotels that I’ve booked this summer. From the moment my fiancé and I walked in, we felt welcomed. The hotel lobby and overall look of the property is clean and well lit. The front desk workers were helpful and friendly upon greeting us for not only check in but also when we checked out. The room was well put together and offered a cozy feel. The shower worked well and the toiletries offered were Bath and Body Works, which was impressive!

The only complaints that I can think of would be that the toilet flushed inconsistently, but overall we made it work. Also, since we had a room on the top floor, my fiancé and I were woken from the sound of down pouring rain at a very early hour. It was so loud that it was obvious that the rain was hitting the roof directly above us. This was hard to sleep through. I’m sure any other floor wouldn’t have experienced this so I’m curious if there is something that can be added as a barrier to soundproof the top floor.

Check in staff was very helpful, gave us a great food recommendation, modern style, good beds and pillows. Tons of parking, sort of set back from things so it wasn’t too loud. Almost TOO MANY electrical plugs (in a good way). AC was amazing great pool area.

Some easy to repair issues, cracks in electrical socket plate, clock in my room was broken, found garbage in the closet the cleaning staff must have missed. Nothing gross or disgusting, overall was a very clean property and with Covid it could be a short staffing issue. Probably being too picky.

The room was very large and clean with a modern feel. It was in a good location. I also had the breakfast, and it was actually pretty good every day. It was a good stay for the value.

This hotel has the feel of a 5 star hotel. It is so clean it's literally white gloves spotless. Everywhere you look staff is cleaning. The interior design is modern and chic including the beautiful rooms. The beds in the rooms are exceptionally comfortable with snow white sheets and the most amazing pillows. The staff members are also as amazing!! My stay was like paradise! Exceptional hotel!

There is absolutely nothing I didn't like. They thought of everything to make your stay amazing!

My son and I stayed there due to 6 Flags fun day. Hotel was newly renovated therefore everything was nice and super clean. I was disappointed that there was no Continental breakfast. We ate in the restaurant For breakfast and the menu could have a bit more choices and lower the price a little. Staff was very nice. Overall, it was a great experience!!

Wished more breakfast selections. That there was no continual breakfast.
