Sheraton Edison

The rooms were comfortable and clean. We were not made aware of no room service and realized after returning to room after first night. Not a problem, but this should be told to us during check-in.

The staff that I had dealing with at the front desk could use more customer service training. The restaurant, bar and staff everywhere else were very friendly, even when understaffed.

The staff was very nice. Although, we did not use it, I like that we could have had food in their restaurant and Starbucks. We have done so in the past. The staff was very nice and accommodated a room change when the original room smelled of smoke.

They only gave a very small thing of shampoo/conditioner and did not automatically replace when cleaning the room. There was no toothpaste on hand to purchase just toothbrushes.

The place was very clean and beds were comfortable. There was a large smart Tv, which made it great to stream our favorites. (that was defiantly a bonus)

SoI guess I should had read the details better but I went based on assumption that there would be a microwave in the room. We came with children and it was difficult to go from the 9th floor all the way to the lobby, to heat up food.

Quick to accommodate us to a new room after entering one with a strong cigarette ordor. The new room was huge and spacious. Also, they were able to open us the door when we got locked out. It took time, but the manager really did his all and eventually got it opened.

Cleanliness and location

No free coffee in the morning. Starbucks inside hotel. Did not want to interact with anyone upon just waking up. Had coffee maker in room but I question the cleanliness, not just at the Sheraton but any hotel.

We were travelling due to a family health situation. Due to the stress of that, it was important to be as comfortable as possible in our lodging. The people who worked here were especially helpful, with information regarding services, etc.

In challenge of the population congestion of that part of the Northeast, our stay here was especially helpful due to the people working there and the availability of services.

The room was clean and cozy! The staff was very nice and efficient KATIE at-the front desk was excellent! Enjoyed my stay 100% hopefully the sauna is open next time 😊

The sauna could have been opened but overall, it was a great stay!

Everything was nice for the price. Clean and just what I needed. The TV could be a little updated but the renovated bathroom made up for that.

The two recommendations I would make is a hair dryer in the bathroom and for the cleaning crew to not try to enter the room at 8am when checkout is at 12pm. I understand the rush to clean the room early but I didn’t enjoy finding the cleaning crew in my room while I was in the shower.

the fitness room is spacious.. plenty of machines to work out full body

ice machine was broken on the 5th floor pool was too small, in large hotel. we didnt get a chance to enjoy

I forgot my cardigan and called the front desk as well as left the message at lost and found, none of them got back to me till today, horrible staff and I lost my black color MK cardigan.

lost and found never called me back.
