Crowne Plaza Edison, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was good, and the service during breakfast was very good.

It was extremely cold; which explained why the grounds had some debris in front of the property.

I stayed at the hotel for 11 days, following the death of my best friend. Due to the nature of my visit, I was very emotional. The staff couldn't have been more wonderful. They were understanding and compassionate, and even though they didn't have to, they always took the time to talk to me. Even if I was just leaving or returning to the hotel, the staff was always there with a friendly "hello". Even better, most, if not all, even remembered my name. If there was some light in this very difficult visit, it was the care and compassion of the staff at this hotel.

It was amazing. I can't complain about a single thing.

i did not try the breakfast, but it looked/smelled good. the gym facility was good. the room was good. the property was good. the front desk staff may not have spoken english, or perhaps he is just anti-social--security had to retrieve him when i checked in, and again when i bought some sundries at the honor market; i never saw a smile, or heard a "thank you", or "good night" or "go to hell"--NOTHING.

front desk (night) manager/personnel had zero social skill/cue.

We had booked 3 king rooms for our recent stay and really liked our 3 night stay at Crowne! Very spacious rooms, quiet and very well maintained. House keeping was amazing, staff were friendly. We used the lounge area to dine together. 2 rooms had a connecting door and it was lovely. We were also provided with a crib for our infants.

Coffee makers in the room were not working properly. Needs to be changed/updated. Also need better coffee pods

I liked the ease of checking in, the breakfast was good, the room was clean, the inside of the hotel was kept up nicely. The staff were very kind and polite.

I didn't like how small the gym was, I didn't realize they didn't have a pool, the housekeeper came 3 times on my morning of check-out to ask if I wanted housekeeping and I had the do not disturb sign up on the door.

This was the first booking of 3 in three weeks. Spacious room. Free parking. Good wifi.

Slow elevator. We booked a room for 4, but apparently, the services are only provided for two people. You get two towels, two bottles of water, two cups, two coffee, etc

The room itself is great, clean and comfortable. There’s a nice lady send us clean towels after we called.

every day you have to call to ask clean towels etc. we stayed for four days, ask for water one night because they didn’t give us any water, the guy said to me that they out of bottle water !! Then we have to go back out to find a super market who is open after 9 pm !! The house keeping dose not come to clean the room, I don’t know what’s going on ? Our room has three days garbage, then I just put outside our room door.

Nothing really bad just the alarm in the hallway was going off around 4 something in the morning called the front desk was informed about the situation which was taken care of

This was the 3rd booking of 3 in three weeks and everything was great. Early check in, clean and nice room.

missing bottle of waters this time. Noticed it takes too much time before deposit is released. After 3 weeks deposit is still set to reserved on credit card.

Amazing hotel. Convenient location. Large area with a park where you can walk. Delicious and varied breakfast. There is a room service. The room is large, clean, the room has everything you need. The staff is polite. Highly recommend.
