Delta Hotels by Marriott Woodbridge

Very clean and modern hotel. As with most Marriott properties it has been nicely renovated. A newly opened counter served cafe was a plus as we heard the property had no food/beverage services. Parking was convenient and plentiful.

For some reason housekeeping did not clean our room one day/night and I had to call the front desk three times between 6PM and 9PM in order to get someone to bring us clean towels and coffee. However, in the morning, the manager was gracious and apologetic about it, giving us bonus Bonvoy points and free breakfast to compensate.

General peacefulness of the place making it easy to relax and enjoy doing nothing, having both indoor and outdoor pools, nice bright room with no obstructions so can just watch the sky and clouds from the bed or couch, great staff, free shuttle service available to take you to the train station or if you wish to visit the mall, etc.

Pool area closing too early, over an hour before sunset - it would have been nice to be able to at least enjoy the sitting area by the outdoor pool after it closes, even if not allowed to swim.

The room was spacious and clean. I did not use any of the amenities, so I can not speak to those. The hotel lobby is impressive, and all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

The price was a bit on the high side for me personally, but most likely comparable to the area. The bathroom and air conditioner were a tad on the noisy side. Also, the drain in the shower was clogged, and the water accumulated, which I did not appreciate.

We wanted a relaxing weekend and we made the right choice. The room was super clean, the staff were friendly. There is a Japanese restaurant in front of the hotel and across the street there is a Friday's restaurant in case you want to eat and have a drink. The mall is less than a mile, we didn't use the pool but I saw two, one indoors and one outdoors. We are definitely staying there in the future.

Room was clean, bed comfy, quick check-in. The airport shuttle to the airport was perfect, came on time, helped with the bags and arrived smoothly to the airport. We also used the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Overall great experience, would come again.

Would have been better if there was a bellman to help with the bag transportation to the room.

Cleanliness, staff, large tv, matress,elevators were awsome(quickly available,fast, smooth!!), reasonably priced

Hot water in sink was unreliable (shower was fine). Thermostat didn't seem to have any effect on room temperature. Minor inconveniences: No pen or paper in room. Wish we could cast from our cell phones to tv. Literature in the room on local restaurants and attractions would be nice.

Breakfast was ok. Staff was very nice.

Faucet in bathroom sink leaked from the top so water had to be sopped up with a towel every time it was used. Room had 1 roll of toilet paper when we first entered and it was partially used. NO MICROWAVE in room and only 1 in the lobby for the whole hotel. Very bad. No hair dryer in the room, had to ask for one.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Every night I ate at the hotel since I was getting back late from work, the food variety was good. I cannot speak for amenities, but my room and the lobby were clean upon arrival.

I loved the gentleman that checked up in( the one that is also a fireman) , he was so nice and professional. Spoke when I came in engaged me in conversation the whole time. When I arrived he was addressing another issue and he made sure I knew he knew I was there and would just be a moment. I would definitely come back on his customer service alone. The bed is comfy and love the TV options but the guy absolutely amazing.
