There were small problems with my room. First, the safe didn't work, then the coffee maker didn't work, then its replacement didn't work, then, finally, I managed to figure out how the third one worked, then the phone in my room wasn't connected to the front desk, when I needed to make a complaint that a car alarm outside was going off every 5 minutes, but the staff dealt with these, I repeat, minor, problems, kindly and quickly. It's a good place to stay.

For it being on a busy highway, it was very quiet when it needed to be. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The people who worked the front desk were so very pleasant and accommodating. I was traveling for work and it was refreshing to come back to a place where I can unwind and relax for the next day.

Nothing stuck out that I was dissatisfied with. They keep a really nice establishment. If there was a negative, the bar wasn't open as they were undergoing some changes but I do not fault them for that

Seven night stay. All good except the last night which was a Saturday. Other guests were very loud coming to their rooms at all hours. I could hear the guest in the next room being sick at 2AM

I liked the cleanliness of the room.The temperature control was awesome. The service was amazingly good. Breakfast was fair for the location. The coffee was perfect for my taste.

The placement of the desk in the room. The office chair was a pain to maneuver around. Not all of the outlets near in the worked. I had to pull the nightstand out to plug my charger up.

good location, nice room, clean

when we arrived shortly after midnight, we were very tired so we just closed the blinds and went to sleep. The noise from the street was very loud but we were very tired from the trip and the room was cold so we bumped up the heat. In the morning we opened the blinds and found out the window had been open all night when it was 18 degrees outside!! I ended up with a bad ear infection that started that day at noon and our whole weekend trip was ruined. Moreover I was out from work for the next week.

I liked how close the hotel was to metlife stadium. We went to a concert and it was in a good location. We liked the room we booked. It was 507, the room was spacious and comfortable.

The elevator location wasn't really easy to find. If it wasn't for the staff we wouldn't have found it. Other than that we enjoyed everything.

I like everything from the lobby all the way to my room. Also the gym room, laundry room, etc. The location of the hotel is excellent because there's easy access to restaurants, fast food and coffee shops. The hotel is 10 minutes away to American Dream mall and Meadowlands fair 👌🏽.

The pool wasn't available, that's all.

It was a great value super close to city I was able to travel by bus/lyft to premises...Just wished restaurant had a full menu I guess you cant have it all...Njoyed my stay will do again...Super bonding time with fams👍

No breakfast was added to my stay and restaurant very limited to few items needs a few more vending machines on each floor

No fitness, the doors in the hallway have to be opened by the door key everytime , some times that card reader is not working. Why nobody get it fixed, nobody knows. The pillows were not good. All of them really soft. I don't like that.The breakfast is not included. It's extra per person. Why ?

The location was great. We were going to the American dream mall and parks and it was xlise to our destination. Food was good, amenities as well. Took advantage of pool and fitness center.
