I didn't bother with the breakfast so I can't comment on that other than it was great that it was included. It was SO close to Metlife stadium. So convenient to concert there. I didn't know how to operate the TV or coffee maker. They had an employee who comes to your room to show you how to operate things. The gentleman at the front desk was stellar!! Went outside with me to show me where I could take my dog to go potty. My GPS battery ran out on the way home from the concert and I was lost. He drove to where I was and allowed me to follow him back to the hotel. Now THAT is customer service!!!!!! I will definitely stay there again should I go to another event at Metlife.

There were a few ants in the kitchen but this time of year it's hard to keep them completely out. I had a few tiny ants at home in my kitchen too and it took a while for the ant traps to kick in. There was a spot of dirt on the kitchen floor beside the refrigerator that I cleaned up.

no ice stations, had to retrieve laundry supplies (soap, etc. ) from front desk instead of from laundry room on second floor and cold water was shut off in the kitchen of the suite i was staying in. had to go underneith the sink to turn it back on.

I liked the roominess of the suite. I liked the coffee. The location was good. The staff were all very helpful and kind.

We had a couple of issues with appliances that didn't work properly in the suite, an imconvenience but not awful. The comdition of the kitchen could use a little help. Cabinet was broken, not dangerous, just unsightly.

Everything was clean. Everyone was exceptionally nice and were willing to give up information about things like the area and location of places to eat deals and events. I was very Satisfied with my stay.

So, some things throughout the hotel as well as the apartment were damaged walls cabinets, and the elevator button panel was not properly secured. Fire alarm strobes were not fastened to the wall properly. Carpets around the hotel had tears in them they are tripping hazard.

The rooms were very clean and everyone was very nice.

The breakfast was not approved by my children. They barely ate and still had to go get them something to eat. They should of had more variety of food for children and adults.

Staff is amazing. There was one housekeeper that was very rude. I clean my room so they don’t have to till check out. I asked for a trash bad an towel an she gave a attitude. Then I asked to use the vacuum but this time brought her money an she was nice. I understand some people don’t tip but we do weather I cleaned the room or not.

The pool, close to the mall, 24 hour market in lobby, free breakfast. Truly worth it!

The reservations on the pool was something I liked and disliked. It was nice to have the pool area with only a few people, versus having to fight for it. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Nice spacious room with everything you need. Full kitchen with all appliances needed. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of space to sit down. Parking available just in front of the building.

There should be dressing rooms near the pool.

The property was very clean. Our room was beautiful. They had almost everything needed in the kitchenette. We will be staying at this property again! Excellent value!!

There was nothing I didn’t like. I only wished we had had more time so we could stay longer.
