Breakfast was great ! The room was nice and spacious, loved the mirrors! Good staff. It was a pleasant experience for my family and I would probably come again

Firstly, I think it’s weird that parking on the hotel property wasn’t included when you’re a guest. Especially since when you get in the room the TVs Home Screen says “complimentary parking available” Secondly, We were there for 4 days and no one came in to clean our room during the day. We never put up a DND sign, and we told them at least a day after we arrived that we would like our room cleaned and they didn’t clean it until basically the 3rd day, really being our last day there.

Overall our stay was great. The room was clean with modern decor. The bed was comfortable. The location is great for going to a Giants game and there's also a bus stop directly in front of property that goes to Time Square. Shakira was very helpful. We arrived early and she kept our bags so we could leave and sightsee.

There are no restaurants within walking distance to the hotel and there is no restaurant inside the hotel. There is a bar but it is closed on Sundays. You can see through the sliding bathroom door on both sides. Also, breakfast is not replenished. Once it's gone, there isn't anymore so get there early. The coffee was also out both days of my stay.

Great proximity to the American Dream Mall for Nickelodeon attractions. City View is worth the extra few dollars and includes the Dream Wheel lit up at night. Easy check in/check out. Nice Workout room. Clean and comfortable rooms with microwave and mini-fridge. Clean Indoor Pool. Wide selection at breakfast with plenty of seating. Friendly staff. Bar!

Paying for parking, just include it in the price. The pool was the shape of a keyhole and not much bigger. Not warm either. Good for younger kids but would be better if open by 9am. I feel like these are petty dislikes and should not deter someone from staying.

It was good tasting...but too repetitive. Please add waffles...or scrambled eggs or fried eggs! I know it's a hassle. Coffee needs to be stronger. Not like a trucker...but closer to McDonald's!

Definitely the coffee...and the pool picture you used made it look adult friendly. It was always filled with the littles. I wanted to use the pool but never got access.

This hotel was in a great location for going to the Elton John concert at MetLife. It was easy to get to from the highway, the staff was friendly, the check-in process was quick and easy. When we got to the room we were instantly impressed with the size & cleanliness. It was perfect for our group of friends. The young man working the front desk overnight was exceptional! We needed a first aid kit & because the one behind the desk was picked over, he walked to his car and gave us band-aids and cream from his personal first aid kit. He said he hadn’t been working there long but it was clear that he was a wonderful asset to this hotel, we didn’t catch his name but wanted to be sure that his over the top service was recognized! Thanks for a great stay!

Manager went above and beyond to assure the best experience possible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Views from the City View rooms were pleasing. Beds were comfortable. Gym and pool were small, but enjoyable. Breakfast was decent. Little convenience shop was decent. Location was pretty straightforward to getting to American Dream by Uber / Lyft. I hope in the future they might add a shuttle like another nearby hotel has.

As other reviewers have noted, standard housekeeping is not in effect, which is a mild inconvenience but if you pay attention, the hotel informs you of this; we were aware. Along with that, one of two rooms had some mild cleanliness concerns. However, management was very responsive in addressing the concern and so we definitely still enjoyed our stay.

We liked everything, it is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is very delicious 😋. The parking and the residence are affordable price 👌. The service is amazing. And the transportation to New York is available and very close about 20 min . It is good option for the family.

I initially booked with another hotel with larger suites, but ultimately opted for your facility because of the indoor pool and its close proximity to DreamWorks waterpark.

The pictures on the website made the rooms and especially the beds seem bigger than they actually were in reality. Additionally, I liked the breakfast the first day, but then would have liked more variety, especially fruits.

clean tidy and just spacious

nothing * one of the ladies frustrated me a bit at reception as I have two toddlers and was already stressed and instead of relaxing me or welcoming us warmly she told me off for letting my daughter lie on one of the chairs as it’s probably dirty but I was trying to manage two toddlers so found this a little bit frustrating. she was fine otherwise but I felt there was no need to make me stressed when I was clearly already trying to manage luggage and two little ones

It is close to American Dream and to NYC. Extremely clean and they’ve returned to daily housekeeping. Nice (for free) breakfast in the mornings. Great snack area in the lobby and a bar in the evenings. The staff were all very kind and helpful too!

Pool was only open until 7pm.
