the whole property layout is very nice and private. I love the space, we stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was perfect. plus they offer hot Breakfasts every morning.. Staff was so welcoming as well

a lot of Cats .. I love Animals but the cats were everywhere

The breakfast was GREAT! LOVED THE VARIETY! Loved the fact that we could do take out breakfast. It helped a lot since we have kids that won't wake up 7am. We booked two rooms. Unfortunately, they werent on the same floor but we were willing to adjust when we noticed that one room was not clean. But they gave us another room near our second room but it wasn't what we paid for but they adjusted the price accordingly, without any argument which some places do. The rooms were clean but I wish they would put more trash bags and also a vacuum to clean after ourself. I know there is room service but she only came to change the bedsheets but not vacuum so had to tell her to do that. Nevertheless, everything else was fine. Thank you. 😊

The gentleman checking us in after 10p was very kind and helpful. He made the process so smooth especially after traveling with 4 children for 8 hours on the rd. we were looking forward to getting some good rest. Beds were comfortable.

Limited wrist bands for the pool use when we wanted to swim with a few cousins that we came up to visit. The gentleman at check out wasn’t very friendly, when asked about breakfast because I got the time right he didn’t seem to want to be bothered and even at check out he was very dry and seemingly irritated even when I walked up and only said hello as we were checking out, could have just been his personality and may not be a people person. Needed a first floor room due to no elevator for my disabled mom and hotel never messaged me back about the request so we were stuck on the 2nd floor and tried to be at the hotel as little as possible so she wouldn’t have to go up and down steps too much.

The room was a nice size and the beds was super comfortable. We had a King suits very nice A home away from home and the pool was clean and we really enjoyed it 2nd stay

On our First in rm 1031 the shower door Was broken and the ice maker was broken. The breakfast The turkey sausage was terrible. They should have both half pork and turkey so everyone is Satisfied and a different brand of turkey sausage other than that I would still give the hotel a 10

the two gentlemen at the front desk were wonderful....Upon an early arrival the young man (wish I knew his name) dark hair long.... did everything he could to help make me comfortable

wellll. they are under reno and around 12 pm they were using a jack hammer right outside my door...I had a meeting and needless to say , tried to wait it out but it was impossible...the gentleman was nice and did stop but I am a little perplexed that the management did not block off one side of the hotel at a time , ...It was quite daunting to pull up and see 8 foot high chain link walls around most of the place..also when booking it said pool was closed due to covid restrictions which was not so....nice gesture would be to have 24 hour coffee and tea in the lobby

I liked the interior design, decor, space and the room layout of the hotel suite. It was clean and the king bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like that the hotel was under reconstruction with heavy equipment and building materials in the parking lot. The hotel has been under renovations since the Spring of 2022 at least 8 months and it was not mentioned on the Booking.Com site.

I like the whole experience with the hotel it was in a great location close to all the stores and restaurants my room was on the third floor and a really nice suite thank you

Nothing it was a great experience with you guys well worth the price the last time I was in town I paid the same price for a basic room with a couch in it this was much bigger and with much more Room

Family style rooms with separate bedrooms. Good selection of menus items for breakfast each day. Breakfast menus rotated each day.

Courtyard Walkways and Stairwells were unfamiliar, unmarked and difficult to navigate. This made finding correct building units uncomforable, especially at night. Room numbers were not intuitive as to which floor your room was on.

Room was beautiful and very comfortable. A full kitchen, no mini fridge. Plenty of room. Nice livingroom to entertain friends/family. Great location, close to everything. Complimentary breakfast was amazing! Such a great variety of food. We will definitely stay here again.
