Very spacious and clean.

We enjoyed the room we stayed in. The living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Liked that parking was near our room. The hot breakfast and coffee and drinks. The breakfast area very clean and comfortable. the pool was kept clean, the staff was very accommodating and very considerate. We loved also, that we weren't too far away from a driving distance from the museums, the rocky statue and steps he had ran up from the movie, the treasure department on how our coins are made from past to present. Downtown Philadelphia is a great place to visit. You go once, it doesn't complete its expectation on our nation's history.

The tv reception in the living room kept slowing down because of the antenna or cable. Yet, I found it to be very weird that the TV in the bedroom each channel was very clear with no slowdown on each of the channels. The gym had wires coming out of the floors (no covering over them), no cleaning wipes for the gym equipment (I had to ask for them at the front desk), the water gallan had a bag of empty chips inside of it. (I hope they were able to fix this portion of the gym for safety reasons).

The property was amazing! Loved that the room had its own kitchen that had a few utensils provided. Will definitely need to keep this place in mind for future stays in NJ.

The AC was bouncing too often. When we would leave the hotel for the day with my girlfriend we would come back to the room being 81f and no matter how many times we tried to fix the Thermostat it would take over three hours to cool the room. So the cooling unit needs to be checked in room 1131. Aside from that everything else was great. Had an issue with check in because booking.com put the reservation under my middle name but that wasn’t the properties fault.

the whole property layout is very nice and private. I love the space, we stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was perfect. plus they offer hot Breakfasts every morning.. Staff was so welcoming as well

a lot of Cats .. I love Animals but the cats were everywhere

Breakfast was good but most times needed re-heating back in our suite Love the roominess of having a suite

The sink side of our kitchen needs a MAJOR overhaul The garbage disposal was leaking& must have been fir quite some time When we ran it there was a horrendous smell that permeated the entire suite Maintenance came & cleaned it out really well but we ended up having to plug the drain with a plastic cup to keep the smell from coming back. The entire cabinet, sink, garbage disposal needs replacing ASAP

The room was very clean and very spacious. We had 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a living room/kitchen. I enjoyed that the location was close to restaurants and the convention that I was attending.

The Internet wasnt good for me at all and we are on the 3rd floor and had to walk up and down 2 flights of stairs. The breakfast was okay, but nothing to rave about. It was pretty basic but can be improved upon. They should have a waffle maker to make your own waffles.

The breakfast was GREAT! LOVED THE VARIETY! Loved the fact that we could do take out breakfast. It helped a lot since we have kids that won't wake up 7am. We booked two rooms. Unfortunately, they werent on the same floor but we were willing to adjust when we noticed that one room was not clean. But they gave us another room near our second room but it wasn't what we paid for but they adjusted the price accordingly, without any argument which some places do. The rooms were clean but I wish they would put more trash bags and also a vacuum to clean after ourself. I know there is room service but she only came to change the bedsheets but not vacuum so had to tell her to do that. Nevertheless, everything else was fine. Thank you. 😊

The gentleman checking us in after 10p was very kind and helpful. He made the process so smooth especially after traveling with 4 children for 8 hours on the rd. we were looking forward to getting some good rest. Beds were comfortable.

Limited wrist bands for the pool use when we wanted to swim with a few cousins that we came up to visit. The gentleman at check out wasn’t very friendly, when asked about breakfast because I got the time right he didn’t seem to want to be bothered and even at check out he was very dry and seemingly irritated even when I walked up and only said hello as we were checking out, could have just been his personality and may not be a people person. Needed a first floor room due to no elevator for my disabled mom and hotel never messaged me back about the request so we were stuck on the 2nd floor and tried to be at the hotel as little as possible so she wouldn’t have to go up and down steps too much.

Nothing. Just book this place direct. NOT through a third party. I had booked a two bedroom and booking.com over sold it. So we had to get a one bedroom. The woman who checked us in said she’s been having to refer people to other hotels for this issue

The room was a nice size and the beds was super comfortable. We had a King suits very nice A home away from home and the pool was clean and we really enjoyed it 2nd stay

On our First in rm 1031 the shower door Was broken and the ice maker was broken. The breakfast The turkey sausage was terrible. They should have both half pork and turkey so everyone is Satisfied and a different brand of turkey sausage other than that I would still give the hotel a 10
