The staff is extremely friendly, from front end to housekeeping, the backbone of the operation. A word that is definitely not in anyone's vocabulary here is no. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help in any way possible my room is always clean in comparison to every other hotel or motel in this area super 8 is by far the cleanest for the value if I can't afford the Marriott I will stay at the super 8 just as good except for the breakfast but whatever Is was close by 👍💪😎

The only downside is I didn't have enough time to spend in my room and enjoy it

It was located near the Dr.‘s office I needed to go to which was perfect and there were places to eat nearby which was convenient. Most importantly to me, the room was clean and did not smell of smoke or anything else. I can’t stand a room that smells like smoke. The bathroom was clean and had little mini shampoos and soaps and a hair dryer. clean linens. Very hot shower. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker in our room but no microwave. The TV was big flat screen. There weren’t sketchy characters hanging around outside smoking which a lot of hotels have these days, even the more expensive ones. The guy who checked me in was polite and friendly. For the price, the room was awesome.

The breakfast is not much- they borderline shouldn’t call it breakfast. I didn’t care because there was a mcDonalds up the road but if you’re counting in breakfast … don’t. Wish there was a microwave to heat up our takeout but our room didn’t have one.

King size bed was very comfortable; place was very clean; employees were very friendly and helpful; location was convenient and safe.

The provided breakfast was only oatmeal, granola bars, and green apples with coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Some eggs, cereal, and toast would have been nice. Some minor things were issues with the room (thermostat on AC didn't work the best, but kept the room cool; toilet after flushing had to manually push the float down for it to refill; sink drain was a bit slow; some peeling paint on shower ceiling), which I mentioned to the person at the desk when we checked out. It wasn't a big deal enough to have any of those things addressed while we were staying in the room.

The friendly help from those at the front desk upon my arrival and my leaving. I needed the TV corrected from the previous guest and the young man at the desk when I arrived fixed the TV for me with a wonderful helpful attitude!!

There was a little, very little, noise from the highway for a short while but when I realized it was not another visitor playing loud music but the sound of a truck rolling along, it was just fine. And, the positive location of my room far outweighed the short inconvenience in noise.

The staff were nice and I had a prompt check in which was great the room was clean and stocked with all I asked the staff were at our disposal which was also nice .the breakfast was satisfying for people who were on the run and it was displayed to my satisfaction..

I can't say I didn't like anything. Everything was clean and neat in the room also the room didn't have any foul odor the was clean and tidy so I am good .

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. Also very quiet which was very nice. Location was great!!!!

Room Keys not always working and locked out of room had to get new ones 3x… seems that type of key locks in doors are old and need to be updated. It happens regularly

Great location to food and Walmart! I always forget something lol! Check in was a breeze with Al! He is amazing! So helpful and pleasant. Best employee there!

I arrived at 2am and was really tired. Felt I missed the entire day I payed for. So I had one more full day to stay and I inquired about a 12 noon checkout instead of 11. I’m a Wyndham member and familiar with this process. When I called down the following night to request another male informed me that was not possible. I was not happy about that. He offered an extra 30mins but I left at 10:45am.

I've been a regular here for 10-15 years. The rooms are large and comfortable, the full place is clean and professional, location is excellent. Staffing however is minimal, but adequate though I had to yell hello a couple of times at the front desk to find someone. Their breakfast used to have minimal real food, but now just juice and coffee. And the unsightly scratch on the elevator door inside has been there for as long as I can remember. Each year I look to see if they've removed it, but it's still there. This is a good place and value.

Nice soothing place. quiet and relaxing. very well kept and clean. The clerk Mr Javon helps a lot to relaxes customers, explains every details with ease. displays professional demeanor calm and easy to talk to. listens to your every detail. very patient and calm. down to earth, nice and respectful. don’t find that too often these days in young people. I admire his wisdom and dedication.

my neighbor had a baby that cried at 300 am Omg it took forever to get back to sleep but I didn’t complain. it’s a baby so not that bad.

It was very clean. The location is close to everything and was in my budget. The room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay and I would visit again.

Breakfast please give more options. I understand with covid, cost and dietary needs. My family went out for breakfast. I rather you just have no breakfast at all or more continental and local like soft pretzels, bagels, yogurt and fruit. At least make your own waffles
