Upon entry, the staff was very welcoming as well as guests. The easy access to the elevator was very helpful for my work equipment. I appreciated the office desk for remote work and free WiFi. My family and I cooked a great breakfast in the kitchen that came fully equipped with pots, dishes and everything we needed! The beds are plush and the bathroom is contemporary style and relaxing. There are also free laundry facilities which was a great help for the extended stay! We didn’t get to swim in the luxurious pool but can’t wait to return this summer and that’s at the top of my list! There’s so much more I could say but Thanks so much for the relaxing, pleasant stay STAYBRIDGE it’s always like home! ML

So clean and well maintained. Loved the indoor pool and free breakfast. Plenty of parking and close to eateries, gas stations, pharmacy, etc. It was right on our road home. Very comfortable. The price is so reasonable for what you get.

The set up of our room was odd in that you couldn't walk around to the other side of the bed because the chest of drawers was blocking it. We had to climb up on the bed. I don't see how an older person or someone with a disability would be able to maneuver it easily. Also couldn't use those drawers because the bed blocked them. Not a terrible inconvenience but it was literally the only "bad" thing.

There were washers and dryers for free and since we were on a road trip this was like the best gift ever, we took the time to wash all our clothes especially the check out is at noon. The swimming pool was a huge plus. We really loved this hotel and we'll definitely be back.

They didn't tell us where we could find the extra pillow and blanket for the extra bed when we check in and when I came to tell them about this the receptionist with blue hair said that I was rude .. really !!! I was rude because I said that they need to tell at check in this kind of information and not wait for customers to realize at midnight that there's no pilow and no blanket.

Respectful staff (always smiling and greeting), cleanliness, amenities, and value. Not only do they have the best included breakfast (hot), but they also provide snacks in the afternoon to provide social interaction with other guests. Speaking of staff, everyone, from front-desk, to cleaning, to managers, were all amazing people. They are all helpful. An example: during breakfast, I was looking for the water button at the soda dispenser. I asked one of the managers who happened to be getting his coffee to help me find it. When we both realized there was none, he went to the in-house market refrigerator and grabbed a water bottle, and gave it to me (for free). Those water bottles are for sale. That is what I call amazing SERVICE!

We loved the hot breakfast, the pool was clean and always plenty of towels! The staff was super helpful and always smiling!

The curtains had a few hole which allowed the morning light to sneak in, the upstairs family was loud until the 1am even after multiple calls to the front desk and the beds were on the cheap side!

Location was great!

Could smell the strong odor of dog. Don’t think the pet friendly rooms are different the other rooms. They should have separate rooms that animals should not be allowed in for those whose don’t wanna smell animals on there trip.

Location convenient to Walmart and restaurants. Spacious rooms with 2 separate bathrooms.

Furniture worn and dated. The wing chair had a wire/staple sticking out that snagged my dress and scratched my leg. No coffee table. Dining table small and could only seat 2 people. No stand to open suitcase on.

I love the fireplace when you walk in the lobby. Front desk hospitality was awesome and the room was very spacious.

The morning kitchen staff was rude and one of the bedrooms was cold while the rest of the rooms were warm.

We had a fantastic stay, perfect set up for 2 adults traveling with a toddler. Comfortable beds, clean, the kitchen in the suite met all of our needs. The complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious! We also loved going home with clean laundry thanks to the on site laundry facilities. The staff was also so kind. We would definitely stay again!

Rooms were very well maintained and the interior design was relaxing, modern, and nice.

Tried getting a room closer to other guests we knew were staying there. They couldn't accommodate us and we our rooms were on completely on opposite sides of the building. Out of their control.
