Services and food quality. Very pleasant wait staff. Cleanliness and aesthetics of surroundings. Selection of breakfast items.

Foul and loud language used by other guests. Staff did not make any effort to correct the behavior of the other guests which was objectionable to most other people's standards of decency and respect for the feelings and sensitivities that most adults have.

The showers are not logical for someone who doesn’t want to get their hair soaked. a regular shower head would be nice, not something that pours out directly on your head. the wand that was on the wall isn’t great my husband turned it on and was shot directly in the face lol

upscale and reasonably priced

parking lot is awkward. signage is not clear on where to go to check in. this resulted in a walk through the convention center. once I checked in, I realized there was a small road in the front of the building that did a wrap around to the back of the building to park.

i loved the cleanliness, the freshness, the smell of the faculty was amazing. The staff were so friendly.

the jacuzzi could have been a little warmer. Also people had their young children in the jacuzzi so one of the days it was not so relaxing.

This stay was fantastic. The beds were soooo comfy. They pool was super clean and the hot tub was great. They have everything you need. Even room service. I would have liked a microwave in my room but there was one downstairs in the lobby.

The hotel and the people there was very nice and friendly

My daughter was getting married so we're in it that hotel the bridal Suite that she was in was not clean where we did the makeup at the table was dirty and had food all over it and it had hair on the table they did not clean it at all they did not do what we request for them to do so we was very unhappy and we will not be renting out that room anymore to have anything there

50$ pet fee is a nickel & dime "money grab". We made sure our 12 lbs Maltese stayed with us at all times and made no messes on the property. The fee should be refunded, providing the pet doesn't require any staff clean up.

The staff is great. I spoke to Alyssa on telephone, she was great with assisting me with my inquiry regarding if I could check in earlier. Upon arrival, I encountered the wonderful Seiko. You can tell he cares about you having a great experience while being a guest. The young lady that worked in the bar area of the restaurant was great as well. Made the best Malibu Bay Breeze. The room was very clean.

The carpet in the rooms look very old. A fresh new carpet would brighten up the rooms. The lamps with the outlets need updating to accommodate bigger charger adapters.

Beautiful room with a awesome shower. Understand that the higher the floor the longer for the hot water to kick on.

Going to your room for the first time can be a challenge because you have to enter the building from another entrance after checking in at the front desk. Parking on the conference center side is your best option because you're close to the building and there ramps so you can roll items to the elevator. It's a longer walk but worth it.

The woman at the front desk, when checking in, was welcoming and polite forgot her name. Throughout the stay, all the employees were polite.

Not having a microwave to heat up food...
