The night manager Raz was very helpful. My husband scraped his arm and needed bandages. There was no drug store nearby, so he found their first aid kit & personally hand delivered the necessary bandages to our room. I call that service above and beyond. The staff credited our account for the incorrect

The lights above the night tables did not provide enough light to read by in bed. Also the glasses in the bathroom were much too bulky to handle while taking medications. Booking.com incorrectly listed balconies on the room, where there were none, and the Hotel gave us an adjustment on our bill. Classy.

Beyond beautiful place , the room was clean and really well designed . Everyone of the staff members was wonderful and welcoming. If you’ve never been to new hope this place is right in the heart of the town and the river view was amazing. We travel often and can confidently say that this was one of the most pleasant stays we have had from the professionalism of the staff to the building its self . The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home . They are incredibly dog friendly if you are bringing along a pet offering complimentary dog beds and comforts. We travel with a service animal and have had many poor encounters at the higher end places due to the pet policies , this place was an exception. The staff went as far as getting us a large box of chocolates from a local chocolatier and writing a hand written anniversary card. I could go on raving on our experience here but simply put it’s a must . They are attached to an excellent eatery The Stella and along side many other local attractions and eateries. Upon checking in we also received a card that gives you a discount to a local food and goods market. Value here for what you get exceeds so you have any doubts , know from picky travelers this place kicks a**! Treat yourself check them out . Thank you Ghost Light Inn for doing things the way they should be done.

Everything was great no negatives down to the water pressure in the showers and location of parking little details that are often over looked . Only thing we didn’t like is that we didn’t stay longer .

Gorgeous rooms with so much space!! Amazing bathroom with the best shower I’ve ever used!!! Staff is super friendly!! It’s located smack dab in the middle of everything that downtown has to offer !!

The temp in the room was a little bit warm. It was cool outside but we could not open the doors due to the crazy amount of bugs that were getting through the screens somehow. Not the fault of the staff but it would have been nice to be able to open those doors!!

our room was super cozy and clean..beautiful view of the Delaware River from our room. upon arrival we were greeted by the staff which was very hospitable and friendly. we needed an extra cot which I requested when I booked the room months ago and it was already taken care of before we checked in. from the time we checked in and checked out we couldn’t be happier with the accommodations and the amazing staff working there..special mention to the bartenders Mark and Brittany for their amazing cocktails, friendly conversations and note worthy suggestions on where to eat etc…we will definitely be back !!!

a bit too expensive no one helps with luggage, I had to ask a group of valet boys that were all sitting there on their phones. None of them offered to help me for the price that is unacceptable. There was a wedding up in Stella when I was there and disappointed I couldn’t eat brunch. 

Great stay from start to end. My husband and I stayed at the Ghost Light Inn with our two dogs. We requested an early check in for our anniversary and not only did they accommodate the early check in, but they left us a note and box of chocolates in the room. They also had the room completely set up for our dogs with two dogs beds, blankets, sets of bowls and treats upon arrival. The property was beautiful and super clean, right in the center of town and walking distance to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel, Stella was also a great spot and vibe— we stopped in for a drink, but wish we stayed for dinner (next time!). We will definitely be back to visit again! Zero complaints.

I thought the hotel was nicely decorated, clean, and in a nice location on the river. The restaurant Stella's was exceptional. Hotel staff was very friendly.

I don't think you should have to pay an extra $20 per day to park at a hotel where you are paying $500 a night to stay. While it was stated that the room sleeps 3 people, it was more suited for 2. The roll away bed that was brought in was not comfortable and we were charged an extra fee for the 3rd person. That would be acceptable if there were 2 queen size beds and we could sleep comfortably.

Breakfast was not offered. Certainly wish it had been, room price is high. Even a continental grab and go with coffee, yogurt, pastry type of set up. The market next door for all intents and purposes does not open early on Sunday. Offerings were just oka.

Unfortunately, our one night in New Hope happened to be the night that the inn's restaurant, Stella, is closed each week. So we didn't get to try Stella. Next time!

Great location on the Delaware River in the heart of New Hope. Beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable. Snacks and beverages were available for purchase in room (alcohol too!).

My only minor complaint was the shower temp fluctuating, but it wasn't that bad ...
