Room was spacious and very clean. The bed was surprisingly hard, not sure if it’s one of those memory foam types. However terrific night’s sleep! very convenient location. Pleasantly surprised, frankly was not sure what to expect with an Econolodge.

We paid the same amount for beachfront property in Virginia Beach. Pet fee $15/nt extra. However, I guess it’s an issue of supply and demand. Front desk gentleman in the evening was very polite. Front desk woman in the morning nice, but rather bossy. I walked in with my dog to ask a quick question and was stopped in my tracks by her saying that someone had allergies and I couldn’t bring my dog in. OK you advertise dog friendly……

Beds were very comfortable, Room was very clean. Heater worked very well.

The fan in the bathroom sounded like an airplane taking off, but it was quieted down after a few minutes. No lamp at the desk area. No coffee available until 7am, for early travelers. The plastic toilet seat cracked. ( they did replace it right away)

There was a guy right outside/underneath our room window at 7:45 AM banging a wheel on a cart with a hammer! metal to metal! Woke us all up out of a deep sleep, after a very late night getting to bed! Not too smart, we were not happy campers!

Location yes and most of our stay was fine

The floors were filthy, and the bathroom door was filthy …..because of the floor as was, I couldn’t even take my shoes off in the room

We just needed a place to sleep while visiting friends. The room was very pleasant, clean, comfortable and quiet. There were no musty smells, no bugs. We had clean surfaces and linens and the AC worked well!

The people were nice and helpful. They cleaned every day.

I wish they had breakfast. The door lock gave me trouble but I took a paper and cleaned it some and it worked better after that.

This place was extremely clean. Also appreciated how hot the water got in the shower. This is not a luxury location, but it was safe and warm and clean, and it got the job done.

The shower head was a little weird and did not have much pressure or projected spray. The blankets were also pretty thin and clearly old.

The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Rooms although non smoking smelt like smoke. Linens were clean but smelled like smoke. beds were comfortable. restraunt next door was good

Nice little place to stay right on the main road when visiting my family.

There is coffee in the office in the morning but only until 10:00 AM and no coffee maker in the rooms which was a little disappointing. The water pressure in the sink wasn’t that great.
