Entertainment at night. Walking distance and the private indoor pool. Gift shop to buy Locks to put on fence is awesome. Golf carts to rent for $15 a day to roam the property is pretty awesome!

The property was well kept, open, and peaceful. We were able to ride the bikes and carts around the property. We enjoyed the game room, outdoor pool, the lake speed boat ride, nightly entertainment and organized activities, and found the entertainment coordinator to be very pleasant. (We loved the wine bottle art craft coordinated by the director.) The kissing booth was very cute).

We had a heart-shaped jacuzzi, sauna and pool in the room, however, the pool felt too short and pool/sauna area claustrophobic and dark. Our room was large and reasonably comfortable, however, it didn’t have any windows. There was not an option to get much natural light into the room and there was not enough artificial light. Our suggestion is to use light dimmers to allow for the option of deciding how much artificial light is wanted, and to put windows in the room. There seemed to be available wall space for that possibility. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

breakfast was buffet style (we paid for the breakfast package when we booked the room). dinner was good (we purchased dinner and in hindsight we should have purchased the dinner package as well to save some $). the resort was beautiful and we did some of the included water activities - pedalboats, kayaking etc. outdoor pool was great. activities staff were fun - waterballoon toss, bingo, trivia. all the staff we interacted with were fantastic!

we would have loved to use a golf cart as the property is large, but the fee for that was a bit much. drink prices were pricey too.

The facility was lovely. The bedroom I thought would be bigger. Our TV had to be switched out. The pool could have been cleaner. The staff is amazing and friendly. The food needs improvement. They had no hot chocolate to my surprise! Overall we had a good time. We will return.

The food needs improvement. Having breakfast after 10 you're risking not having a wide variety to choose from. Our jacuzzi was dirty so we didnt use it. You could see the dirt.

Dinner was very good. Also, I appreciated being able to ask Chef for special dietary requests. Servers were very attentive. Props to Justin for excellent service.

Would like to have more plant based non dairy options in the fine dining area. For breakfast would have liked non dairy milk and yogurt options. For dinner, at least two options as a main dish to choose from that were vegan. Also would have liked a courtesy bus to take you to and from the casino.

The drive up because of traffic. The fact you can't take your leftovers to your room. We spend alot of money.

The Fantasy Apple room we were able to reserve was very nice. It made the stay very relaxing and gave us a quiet and private place to spend time alone.

The game room needs some maintenance and upgrades. Some of the games were either not functioning correctly or were missing key pieces. The duck bowling kept malfunctioning and the shuffleboard was missing 2 pieces, just as two examples.

We got married there oct 17th on the outdoor sunset deck and the weather was perfect the fall colors were beautiful Jenn and the staff made our wedding flawless and stress free the room the food even the games we played in the lounge were great we did a carriage ride and a haunted hay ride that were great we even had fun meeting other couples in the lounge playing the games this was our first trip to Pocono palace resort but definitely not our last we are planning our anniversary there for next year

You really are in Cupid’s Palace . It was fun to be in such a unique setting .The Tower Suite was extremely cool! It was extremely clean and would have loved to stay longer. I think everyone should go at least once .

The room - walls - could use a fresh cost of paint and a little updating , but the tower jacuzzi , the heart tub, the round bed, the mirrors , made me over look those flaws.

What we loved the most is the fact you get a private pool and a nice tub which is what we really were looking for in a hotel. The staff was very friendly and overall the place is very lovely. I can assume in the warmer season it's even more fun as they have more to offer outside.

We weren't happy with dinner. The food was delicious but it was not worth $95 for two people considering the shrimp scampi with steak was only three pieces of shrimp that were small and our steak consisted of mainly fat. The whole outer ring of the steak was pure fat which made the steak in general, too small for the quality it was. We definitely won't be paying for dinner here anymore but I will say the food was at least delicious, just not worth such a high price that we could have paid elsewhere nearby.
