Quality Inn Ledgewood - Dover

The beds were dreamy comfortable. We loved that there was a restaurant next door (the seafood soup bowl was so fresh, filling, and delicious). After a long drive from Detroit, it was also nice to sit down, eat a great meal, drink a wine/beer, and walk to our room.

We loved our stay after a long drive….but we did notice wall paper peeling and dust on ceiling of or room. Facial tissue container on wall in bathroom was rusty.

Location was quiet and low key the pool was phenomenal breakfast was good (6:30am-9:30a.m.) a little bit of everything from waffles, fruits, egg omelets, juice, coffee, bagels , sausages, etc.. .staff was very accommodating and friendly. Asian bar restaurant was good. Overall I was very satisfied with the stay. The room was also cleaned so that was a plus for me.😊

The only downfall was the room was musty and it had a mildew smell. The rooms could be more updated but overall was good they do have airwick plugs in so it helped with the smell

Bed was hard. Had a computer chair to sit n. A refrigerator was there for my insulin. Great breakfast choices.

When entering the room there was a smell in the air. Put a/c on to circulate air. The drapes and parts of ceiling had stains from water. Pillows were too soft. Shower wall meeting tub showed signs of mold. The sofa didn’t look inviting to sit on. Fabric on sofa and drapes could use a good cleaning.

I wasn't there that long and was pretty tired so went to bed early. But the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the room had all the amenities I would expect. The coffee was good and I just had a bagel. The price for the room was great.

There was no butter or cream cheese (that I saw) for my bagel. The place in general was a little run down but not to the point of turning me off. A ceiling tile in the bathroom was partially dislodged.

everything, Joanna at the front desk was wonderful she is the best person to work with and housekeeping is the most wonderful people I could ever it’s just so hard to explain they are great people here it’s just wonderful to stay here it’s the best place I’ve ever stayed at we just love it here, I would never go or stay anywhere else I would always come back here no matter where I was come back here and I will always recommend this place to everyone

The cleanliness and the security

Staff was amazing!! Everything was clean pretty much!

The dressers were broken which was slightly understandable but staying there for 8 nights kinda made it a little bit of a hassle. Our ceiling was discolored it didn’t seem to be mold but it also wasn’t relaxing to look at.

Breakfast was excellent The pool was clean but they open it very late, almost at check out time

The cigarette smell was very strong and we were in a non-smoking area. The bathroom tub was damaged.

Everything. I stayed at an Extended Stay the night before and this Quality in was much better. Better tv, more available channels....actual cable other than their hotel special. Definitely loved the coffee and tea in the room. (not at extended stay) Liked the safe in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Lighting was excellent and in the right places. Much better shower head than any other. Loved that despite this Covid stuff there was still breakfast...unlike other hotels. Great overall hotel experience.

The curtains covered the heat/ac unit. AC unit was very loud, like a vibration or something.

Everything was relatively clean and the bed was very comfortable

Even with help our door key didn’t work all the time and was frustrating. Shower was not that great and the floor was dirty
