The staff were amazing! The Manager gave us an upgrade immediately for no reason other than the room was available! They are really sweet and down to earth there! I had a wonder conversation with the pool guy! He was so nice allowing us to hang out wet towels along the gate and even opened the pool a little early so the kids could swim. The room was very clean and nice and cold when we arrived!

No complaints, even the other vacationers were awesome! We all got along and the kids all played together

I loved the location and pricing. Staff was incredibly friendly. I really liked that there was a small refrigerator (like a college dorm room size; bigger than a mini fridge, so it could hold 2 half size things of milk, meat, cheese, veggies, and some canned soda). The microwave was nice too. The tv was a smart TV so I could hook up my equipment. Pool and free wifi were nice. Breakfast was a nice addition (it was simple, but still, it complimented what I brought additional). I like that they had an ice maker as well as fresh water dispenser.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but I think the bathrooms could definitely use an update (more than just a fresh coat of paint). Even with that said, I knew that I was staying in a motel, so overall, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was for the price point I paid. I will happily return either way.

We've stayed two times now and will continue to keep going. The owner is great and so is the grounds keeper Tim and his wife. Our ac wasn't working this time and quickly they moved us to a new room. They allow our dog and it's only $20 a pet per night (we have a larger dog most places don't allow) there's a nice grass area for him to use the bathroom. Wawa is directly across the street lol and they have a pool that's open all day. It's a nice little spot it's not the Hilton but it's clean and safe and quiet (we sat outside both nights enjoying the weather)

You pay for what you get? ( and I mean that in a positive way ) A hotel next-door cost almost $100.00 more and it certainly wouldn't be worth it. We stayed here and we used the money we saved to have a nice dinner… It wasn’t five star accommodations, but it was clean, quiet, with hot showers and good water pressure. We were there for nine hours. It was perfect for us.

Rooms are clean. Pool was great. Location was the best. Had several restaurants within walking distance. Wawa right across the street abd Ocean City right over the bridge.

Being fron Vegas, I understand about doing tar in the heat isn't ideal, but doing work till 11pm at night was a little excessive. That could've been started at sundown.

The workers! The free breakfast is amazing eggs and all in the economy! Repeat customer.

My only complaint is it does need to be update maybe painted but who cares your at the beach and barely ever in ur room and it is called economy for a reason 😜

Friendly staff, convenient location, very relaxed setting

The permanent resident next to us in room 121... called cops twice for no good reason. The wife yelled at my grandchildren about swimming in the pool because she felt she should be able to do her exercise in private. If you going to have permanent resident then maybe they should be no where near paying vacationing guest.

The people that work there! All except for one... If you need help while there, ask for Tim, and he will take wonderful care of you! He's one of the good ones. Lisa and Connor

Our room wasn't ready so we were given an upgraded room at no additional charge. The room wasn't updated but it was clean and cool. The staff was wonderful, the coffee was great! The pool was lovely as well.

Rooms could use a refresh, toilet was really low to the ground.

We've stayed here many times and always enjoy it. This time we got the family suite and loved it it had plenty of space for my mom who uses a wheelchair to get around. Definitely will do it again in the near future. We also love that they always welcome our dog♥️
