Very clean and well kept. The pool was nice and well maintained. It is close to the Boardwalk, just a few blocks away. Great view from the balcony. We were on the fourth floor 402. Will definitely return! An added bonus, there is a Ice cream shop on the corner and a little breakfast and lunch restaurant not far on 7th street! Excellent food!

We had a little problem with the Internet. We were watching a movie and the internet kept going out. The parking is a bit tight but manageable.

Location: 2 blocks to beach/boardwalk. Walking distance to stores, shopping and restaurants on Asbury Ave. On site parking. Rooftop pool, heated by sun. Round the clock lighting for late trips to car. Linens and daily cleaning available despite condo units under private ownership. Site well managed by facility staff. Good lighting and balcony. Ocean views!!! We we’re on top floor. Rooftop Patio with beautiful bay and ocean allows for sunbathing and enjoying morning coffee or meal.

Didn’t realize there were carts to help transport belongings until unloaded. Wish staff mentioned availability upon check-in only negative.

The layout of the room, that thr kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and that there were DVDs to watch, and how well lit the room was. The remote controlled fan/light unit was nice too as well as the decor

Not a big deal but...Not quite sure where the noises were coming from (our room was on the 2nd floor looking towards the boardwalk) seemed like a lot creaking coming from either the walls or ceiling. Still got good sleep but it was something I did notice on the first nite.

This mini-suite was perfect for one (and would have been for two). A large sitting area with comfortable couches and mounted TV. The kitchen was teeny tiny, but I wasn't cooking so it was a non-issue. The bedroom was ample, with queen size bed, a six-drawer dresser, closet and other furniture. And the bathroom was much larger than I usually find in a hotel.

There was nothing not to like. But next time I'll know that the even numbered suites face toward the ocean.

We liked the room, it was very nice and clean. We loved that there were a lot of extra towels and washcloths for us.

Staff at the front desk were not friendly at all or helpful. They had a lot of attitude with us and forgot to give us our beach passes at check in so when we asked them for the passes later that day, we were met with a lot of attitude. We would have liked the maid to come clean each day.

Extremely clean and close to beach and Asbury Street for shopping!! The couch in the living area was a legit couch one would have in their home, SUPER Comfortable, not one of those standard hotel couches. It was so comfy the kids didn’t even pull it out into the bed to sleep for the week. The bedroom was so large that a full sized cot fit with no problem at all! Most importantly, ALL staff was so pleasant and helpful!

Stairs access is only to exit rooms/hotel and not accessible to enter the floors. The elevator wait is extremely long and the lobby is small, creating a lot of “people waiting traffic”.

Parking facility-barely acceptable. Parking lanes are too narrow. Surprised that the Township approved them. Most of the cars were mini-vans so trying to park the car within the lines was difficult. Also in a few spaces couldn't open my driver-side door due to the pillars.

Close to beach and boardwalk. Clean. Nice pool.

Paid for the presidential suite because online it said it sleeps 5 but there was only one bed and one pull out couch bed. When I asked the front desk where the 5th person should sleep they said I could bring a blow up mattress or pay to rent a cot. They should not advertise that a room sleeps 5 if there is not appropriate sleeping arrangements for 5 people.

the photos online did not do it justice, I ended up in a room that was renovated and absolutely beautiful everything brand new even the coffee machine! it was super close to the boardwalk and great price! I’m glad I read the reviews which were all good. highly recommend!

the parking spaces had poles in the middle of a lot of spaces so that layout could use some redoing but it worked out just fine

convenient from off the parkway and the main road. We had a king suite which was very clean. Kitchen had plenty of supplies, stove, oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishes cups dinner plates and cleaning supplies all included.

parking is tight unless you have a small vehicle. had to ask for maid service to give us towels, and coffee for the morning. we left at 10:30am and returned at 5:30pm and our room had not been cleaned.
