Watson's Regency Suites

We just stayed at this hotel for the first time over this past weekend, and I just wanted to let the hotel and all of the staff know, that their hotel is positively beautiful, clean and comfortable. Parking was perfect. Checking in was a breeze. I love that the front desk is 24 hours as well. It being located practically steps from the boardwalk and beach is the biggest plus ever. The suites are so very charming, we were SO surprised at how spacious they were. They were like, staying in a very nice apartment. Just amazing. We REALLY enjoyed our stay this weekend. Thank you so much for being SUCH an absolutely wonderful hotel. We will DEFINITELY stay here again next year. There were a lot of people in the pool. But that's not the hotel's fault. The place is really nice, and it attracts people to it. I wish the pool stayed open later than 8:00 p.m. as well

There were no sheets for the fold-out couch and the couch was very uncomfortable. I had to call the front desk to bring sheets, and then the sheets were flat and not fitted. It would have been a nice touch to include some snacks in the room for such a high price for 1 night

Too expensive. Didn't care for the decor. Uncomfortable fold-out bed. Overall good experience, but not the luxurious experience we were really expecting. (E.g., There was sample shampoo but no sample conditioner).

Rita, at the front desk, was amazing! When we called days prior to our scheduled check in, we were told we could not check in a day earlier to our same room. We would have to book a single night, check out, and then check back in. We were going to do this to go to shore earlier, but Rita answered when we called back to book and quickly accommodated our family! The room was much bigger compared to the pics online! Huge bathroom and two doors to get on to the balcony. The only downfall was no outside pool and the internet/ Wi-Fi was non-existent for our cell phones and son’s iPad/ very weak. Other than that, Watsons exceeded our expectations and we will be returning sooner than later! Thank you, Watsons!

I love that there is space to relax and not be on top of each other. Also a full kitchen so no need to eat every meal out

The sofa and chair were lumpy. Could differently use an upgrade. The bathroom had handicap bars in the tub which were great. However the toilet was very low. Not for a handicap person. And the handicap bar by the toilet was too far back to be used.

24 hour customer service with super friendly staff, spacious rooms with multiple outlets, private balcony, right down the street from Manco & Manco’s pizza on the boardwalk, HDMI outlets in the TV’s (you’d be sadly surprised when hotels don’t have these)

The walls were pretty thin so you could hear children running up the halls (or anyone else making too much noise) but wasn’t that big of an issue to us overall; no smoking anywhere on the property allowed, even on the balcony; the thermometer didn’t seem to adjust when we set it, so it was consistently about 70° for the weekend

It was the perfect size and location for the three of us for a week’s vacation. We were grateful for the full-sized kitchen so we could make meals there and avoid a lot of the crowds. It is really close to the beach and it’s in the center of town and all of the fun! While the staff could not come into the rooms to clean because of the virus, they were very accommodating and immediately brought up whatever we needed (towels, vacuum cleaner, trash pickup…). We loved the nice and clean indoor pool on rainy days as well. What else could you want? We will definitely stay there again. Very happy. 10/10

The location, the room accommodation, and the cots were surprisingly comfortable.

The room was really nice and accommodated everyone that came. The balcony view was also nice. The only problem was the noise on the floor above us (we stayed on the 3rd floor) which was only happening late at night and earlier in the morning hours. Sounded like construction or repair work. That kept some of our guests up during the night. Front desk said they would check on it, but probably wasnt much they could really do if it was repair work. Front desk staff was nice especially the women that was there during the day (I believe her name is Rita). All in all, we had a really nice stay here.

We were able to walk everywhere, and it felt so homey and welcoming and was all around a perfect, much needed weekend trip.

I liked everything and couldn't think of one thing I didn't like. My husband, our friend, and I already agreed that the next time we go to Ocean City, we need to get this hotel again.

I liked the location, the parking, the room size and the front desk staff.

It is the noisiest hotel I've ever been in, you hear everything, people in the hall sound like they are in your room and you hear every tiny noise from the room above. Actually is why I did not rate the hotel higher. And the cable TV is terrible. On our first day we checked out the pool and it was filthy, couldn't even see the bottom.

Beautiful queen suite had everything we needed, close to the boardwalk and ocean. Heated indoor pool was a bonus! Great place to stay, will definitely come back again. 💯%
