EVERYTHING! The front desk staff, the room we stayed in(they were kind enough to accommodate our requests of giving us the room on the top floor and with a nice view. The breakfast items were OUTSTANDING & DELICIOUS(like Southern Style). The lady who managed the breakfast items, breakfast and dining area was on top of everything. She kept all items full so nothing ran out. She kept both the dining and breakfast areas spotless!!

The staff was always so amazing and helpful. The place was very comfortable and kept Cham. Kudos to the cleaning lady who did 2nd floor. She was amazing. Smiled all the time and we could tell she put hard work and loved her job. The breakfast was very good.

Owners of car don’t park properly in lane. Some one must check every hour or so and ask owner to park their car properly in lane, due to this that car which is not parked properly eats space of other car parking too

Location was perfect… Close to Rutgers , plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Try Toro Loco at the entrance…pretty cool Mexican restaurant! Hotel Also not extremely crowded and there was plenty of space and privacy in the lobby area. Also the place was very clean.

The front desk people didn’t pass on information to the next shift, had a lot of problems with that, Family members showed up at different times and we had a lot of problems with the rooms because of that they did not pass on information that others were coming and that we told them that they would be late and none of that information was transmitted to the next shift we were not happy

The breakfast all three days was a nice surprise. The food selection was amazing and the facility was well stocked and perfectly clean. There were a couple of sport teams staying there also and the attendant managed to keep up with everyone’s needs. We complimented her for her friendly attitude and meticulous care of the food areas.

Excellent location with variety of restaurants nearby. Check in and out process was very easy. Even though there was a sports tournament going on (19-28th), still very quiet for me to work and sleep. This location always gets it right! Makes you feel right at home! Thank you so much!!

The morning breakfast was really quite nice, along with a very nice room. A really good size, not to overwhelming or to cramped. A friendly and helpful staff, who weren't faking it just to shine me on.

The hotel snacks were a bit pricey. Understandable, but I could run out to the stores and get the same items cheaper. Not a deal breaker, also don't know if I needed to pay for the "faster" internet but I did. Again 2021, all hotel internet should have good upload and download speed. Also not a deal breaker.

The location was convenient and around many shops. Staff got me checked in quickly and answered all of my questions. The hotel was very clean even the pool. Would definitely be staying again.

dogs are welcome & people friendly.

they raised the cost for having a dog from $50 to $75. that is a a big increase & not warranted. people do more damage than dogs.
