The facility was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking for us to choose from.

They need to add another towel rack in the bathroom to hang hand towels to dry. They need more staff to work the breakfast area. They ran out of plates and food before 9:00 am. When the staff showed up there was one employee trying to do everything. They finally got more plates and food out, but some people already left unhappy.

The hotel was like a little paradise, the room was very updated and exceptionally clean and the privae beach was beautiful. Breakfast had plenty of options . The staff was very professional and I am very thankful for Wendy who made us feel very much at home. Wendy was very accommodating to our needs and made our trip so much more relaxed. Thank you Wendy and holiday inn!

This hotel has a top location from where one can plan many trips to the differents south jersey shores. The staff was great and worked as a team for their customers.

The hotel was packed and breakfast was no fun. The lines were terribly long and with a view changes the situation could improve. Example: the was only one toaster for only two slices…

It was actually really comfortable! And the fact that it had a little beach off the back was so pretty!! Literally 5 mins from AC

The lady at the desk when we checked in charged me again when I had already prepaid. But the manager at the desk later that day corrected it right away was very apologetic and nice. So problem fixed quickly and efficiently

The hotel was perfect nice and comfortable . Clean room.

The following is what I didn’t like . There was no ice machine in the third floor . The beach needs work you should take off private beach from the advertisement , as it looks abandon and has lots of mosquitos . Not even for a romantic walk with out getting bit . Also the room not being cleaned everyday is not a good look . I like it but will think about staying again , just because I think I expected more . Also towels not changed every day .

Mae at the front desk outstanding customer service! Breakfast was hot and delicious all the time during my stay! The gym facility was cool also.

AC unit didn’t stop running at all even at set room temperature (yeah weird). But Mae at front desk helped with that to a new room so they can fix it. Thank you Mae!!

The room was good and big than others with amazing view "The Ocean 🌊🌊... The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of options The parking also was available.... maybe on the holidays you may find some trouble to park your car if you came late.

There's a bad smell on the room ... Like dust smile maybe because of the carpet. That's makes me uncomfortable while I was sleeping.

Friendly staff, great location, decent breakfast, comfortable room and quiet.

There was some damage to the wall outside the tub area and the tub filler spout is pulling away from the wall. This is in room 400, however did not adversely affect our stay.

The room we stayed in was exactly like the pictures. It met expectations of what we needed for the price point and even had access to a private bay area.

There was not much to dislike. If anything, breakfast hours could have been extended a bit longer.

Breakfast was delicious. The beach in back of the hotel was large enough room entertain 2 kids (ages 5 & 10). The TV and AC were easy to use. Shower was easy to use and the water got hot rather fast.

The coffee was strong and ran out often. The bed mattress was too firm. The pancakes seemed to slow down the breakfast line. More flavors of creamer would be nice.
