Your employee fatimah helped me retrieve my lost luggage from my bus ride she went above and beyond outside of her job to help me & I really appreciated that.

I found dirty underwear in a drawer. Parking fee should be included in the price - the hotel is not in the city center.

the buffet dishes and tables smelled horrible!!!! very bad for the reputation of the hotel. you need to relook at the hygiene process to have the dishes and tables smell good. we were about to puke from the bad smell of the dishes

Loved that everything was in one place. The staff was friendly. The massage was amazing. The good thing about the spa is you have access all day until your appointment. I liked that they had many varieties of foods. You were able to choose from the food court to a restaurant maybe even the buffet. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was nice. View is room was nice and we got a choice of a bottom or top floor when we arrived

When we got into the room their was a dirty towel by the beds, which concerned us that the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. Also, not happy that they charged my card an extra $150 for incidentals and now I have to wait a few days for it to be credited back. Other than that, all is good!!

When we checked in,the check in staff(Hispanic or Mexican woman)totally ignored my booking.com confirmation.She said I don’t need to see that and asked for I.D. then asked for my e-Mail address. She said I had booked 2 Queens, when I had booked 1 King and 1 Queen.She then gave the wrong room keys for the Queen room.We went back and talked to a male supervisor who sorted out the problem.Mistakes can happen but it was the rudeness that unsettled us.

The room was very big and comfortable. I suspect I got a free upgrade...I appreciated the room very much anyway.

Spa was not 24/7, while many other actvities at the Casino were.

The Borgata is a class hotel with a large casino. Parking costs $5 for each time you enter. Standard room is spacious with plenty of towels as well as a minibar and a coffee machine. Each floor has vending machines and ice machines.

In room dining service never picks up the phone, whether I tried at 7am or at 22:00. Stayed on line for 15 minutes each time before giving up. They take a $600 deposit per room which is returned 24-48 hours after you leave the hotel. I guess they have had guests trash the place that they need to take that deposit.

Overall it is always fun to play there. Staff at metropolitan are always great and so is the breakfast. Buffet used to be over the top-it’s still good but lost its wow factor.

We had non smoking rooms Someone on the floor was smoking pot late at night and we woke up to it early in am. People need to ask for smoking rooms and be considerate of those of us who have sensitivities to any smoke etc. We have been visiting this hotels for over 20 years with our aunts. The hotel was always pristine. Hall carpets had rips. You used to be able to play moderately priced machines. When we were younger and didn’t have a lot of disposable cash, we’d often come and play with our aunts because we could play the small bet machines while our aunt's could afford to play the more expensive machines. Now, it’s difficult to bring the next generation in for fun when there are few/no machines with smaller starting bets.
