The Plaza On The Pike Hotel Atlantic City West by OYO

Check in was easy and fast, staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The lobby area was clean and looked well taken care of. I love that you have access to free drinks, yoghurts and pastries in the lobby, that was greatly appreciated after arriving at 1am. The room was very clean, modern and well kept. We heard no noise from anyone around us or above us. The bed was very comfortable and so we had a great night's sleep. Everything in the room was in good working order. We didn't get to use the pool but we did have a quick peek and it looked very well maintained and clean The location is perfect, there is a Walmart in walking distance, fast food restaurants, gas stations ect all close by. The hotel has plenty of parking so no fighting over spaces if you go out in the evenings and return late.

The only thing I had trouble with was working out how to get the water hot in the shower so in the end I had to jump into a lukewarm one, not sure if there was an actual plumbing issue or just me not turning the tap correctly but it really wasn't a huge issue.

The comfortable bed and pillows, quiet and great water pressure for showers.

That there was no mini frig in the room

Location is good .. lots of stores and restaurants nearby. It takes about 15 min to get to boardwalk and beaches. it’s worth staying outside the city in my opinion…hotel was very affordable

No breakfast which would have been ok but don’t even offer coffee. No snack or drink vending machines either,

Our air conditioner made a squeaking noise when it was on.

My room nice and comfortable. The staff was great.The front desk clerks were very friendly especially Jamilah. Please give her a raise. My overall experience was great, I will book here again.

No hot breakfast. The kitchen was under construction but still could have been offered more than just pastries and coffee.

The one staff member Chad was the best ever. He was super helpful and even brought me out a towel to put under me while I was sitting out relaxing he went above and beyond for me and my family as well as other people that were staying there.Thank you Chad

I was very pleased with my room cleanliness with the exception of hair from other persons found in bathroom. I had my own Lysol wipes , gloves and spray. So, I did my own touch up cleaning. For the most part, I was quite comfortable and satisfied. I definitely will stay again. I noticed that the usual breakfast was not served. I assume due to Covid. They at least provided a little to go bag.

The housekeepers are doing a great job. Just be mindful of hair strands from other people. Also, if they could serve different options in the to go bag.

I absolutely love it here me and my family come here often for family outings in the area. We always have a great time. Everything is so clean. it's nice and cool in the summer. Planning another trip for 2 weeks. There's never been anything wrong here. I think it's a but pricey but we love it here either way! I definitely recommend this place over all!!

The pool, and room

It was very affordable and nice and pleasant. The pool was so clean to be outside and the location was great.

The AC in my room would not turn back on for 2 hours at a time,but it did work some times through the night was a bit warm in my room.
