Hampton Inn Egg Harbor Township Atlantic City

It was located in a great spot, easy to access everything we wanted to go see. The restaurant near the property was fantastic, they had the best food and service ever. The morning breakfasts were fabulous. I can't say enough about the ladies that work there in the kitchen they were absolutely beautiful. The pool was refreshing and inviting and clean. The staff was accommodating and pleasant and courteous. Just a fantastic place to stay and hope to come back and stay there again.

The Location was ideal, One of the Staff Members, Woodrow, went above and beyond to see that our accommodations were met. His personality was exceptionally congenial and made us feel very welcomed. We highly appreciated that. The rooms were fine, though lacking a table with chairs.

Would like to have had a table with 2 chairs in the room. As it stood, one person had to sit on the bed to eat while the other person sat at the desk. Hampton Inn is our "go to" hotel and this was the first time staying at the hotel were there was no small table with chairs. Also the smoking area receptacles needed to be monitored more often. I am a smoker, but I do not like to smoke where there are cigarette butts lying everywhere because the receptacles were over full! Brought this to a couple of Staff Members attention a couple of times. Finally, after two days, they were emptied.

Monica I believe her name was so helpful when their new system was giving them issues. She was very polite and explained eveything that was gping on and what the issues were. The other girl was very helpful as well she had dark colored hair which seemed to have a tint of red and had a tattoo behind her ear. They also were very nice to my 3 year old son who was talking up a storm. She gave up a gift bag since things were taking so long with the system. Our room was great and super clean. The beds were so comfortable and my mom was in love with their comforters. So im on a mission to find her one. The pool was open but sadly the weather was a little chilly for us but but my son was ready to go in regardless how cold that water was. So it was nice to be by the pool just not in it. They also provided towels which was nice. Definitely would stay here again.

My only complaint would be the odd hour that someone vacuumed at 830pm and hearing people coming in and out of their rooms.

It was very good, they had eggs, potatoes, and eggs everyday along with make your own waffles everyday.

Kids from the neighborhood using the pool facilities along with guests, the night we used the pool, 3 boys who rode their bikes to the pool were very rude and obnoxious.

Breakfast I’ve seen available in a long time anywhere. Staff in the breakfast room very receptive, area clean & well stocked. Loved the option of small omelets. In a society where no one wants to work & has an attitude my visit here was very refreshing. Staff obviously likes working here. Good management or owners? Great job please continue. Have a great day!

Not one thing to not like

Especially enjoyed the app door unlocking, .. app check in, & check out. Just for ease, speed, & convenience. The housekeeper Servicing our room on the 3rd floor was very pleasant.

That we couldn't stay longer :)

The room is clean, the staff are very helpful. I called the desk because I was having problem with the air in the room and they fixed the problem right away. The staff are very nice & professional.

I'm very satisfied with my stay at this hotel & the service. I would definitely comeback again. My son loves staying in the hotel,.

The breakfast was good but wish there was more seating. Our last day we had a hard time finding somewhere to sit. Some people were socializing and taking up the tables so others couldn't sit.

Moving the people a long so others could sit together and have their breakfast.

rooms and bathrooms were very clean. breakfast crew was wonderful and that area was extremely clean also.

the front desk girl that checked us in could have been a little friendlier but everyone else was polite and helpful. Also only one elevator and was told we could not use stairwells, so we had to wait for 10 minutes for the elevator.

Woodrow was most excellent. He assured our room was ready timely and impeccably clean. This is our 2nd time staying with you and he was equally as wonderful. It was a an enjoyable experience.

The beds are a tad too soft, but that’s just our preference.
