It was spacious and modern, Yuuge walkin closet, extra blanket in the closet which I like because I need weight on me. Sitting area in the room. TV was centrally located in room and the bed was VERY comfy. There is a lovely pond/lake right outside. We were driving to Maine from VA and needed to stop and we booked it on Booking 2 hours before we checked in and it was great!! Also, they printed an email for my daughter for free, no questions.

It should probably get on the bandwagon and rip out the carpet. The carpet was fine but no one wants carpet in a hotel room.

The room was very spacious and modern. We liked the decor of the hotel, the loby is nice. The queen beds were comfortables. We came in at a very late hour and the employee at the reception was helpful on the phone when we let him know. When we checked in, despite the late hour, he was very welcoming and enthusiastic and it contributed to our good experience! We found the hotel to be secure because past a certain hour, you can't get in without the card or without having the employee unlock the front door for you. The breakfast was of quality and FREE; there are many tables to eat as well. The price-quality ratio is VERY good compared to the other offers in New Jersey or near New York, we highly recommend this hotel.

Some details we didn't like : - the guest bed mattress underneath the couch was not very comfortable and there weren't sheets prepared for the fifth member of our group (BUT the staff at the reception was once again very helpful in providing them). It would have been nice if they were already there though -We didn't have solid soap in the bathroom and the shower gel was not filled prior to our arrival. -We were only told the breakfast hours for the weekend so we didn't know that breakfast ended earlier on weekdays . We don't know if the hours are written somewhere but it would be nice if they were displayed somewhere for everyone to see because we weren't the only one who came late expecting breakfast to still be available. (During our stay, breakfast ended at 10h00 am on the weekend.)

I liked that the parking space was spacious and there was a gas station right next to the hotel which was very convenient. There is also a Walmart that is super close. The room was semi big, with the two queens bed as requested, and the couch was very big along with another pullout mattress on the bottom. The breakfast in the morning was mainly healthy so that was nice, overall I enjoyed my stay and my family members did as well.

The room was spotless and felt like home. We travel quite a bit and would definitely recommend staying! The concierge was friendly and helpful. The rooms were big enough that we never heard anyone. Lastly the breakfast was very unique and healthy. Loved the jalapeño sandwiches

We booked with booking which did not allow us to make any changes. But no bad experience with the stay, don’t believe they have a pool which would have made this 10x better

This was our first stay at SpringHill Suites and we were very impressed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a great sleep and the breakfast included many choices. The shower pressure was fantastic!

This is so minor and it did impact our stay, but is worth noting that the length of the shower curtain in the bathtub resulted in a lot of water on the floor.

The room was nice and clean. I liked the personal touch of the greeting on the TV screen. This hotel is fairly new so I was not expecting any issues. The breakfast was good. There were enough choices to meet everyone's desires.

There was nothing I didn't like about this location. The only issue I had was leaving my laptop charger plugged up in the room.

Reasonable price (especially during the Christmas season, hotel price in NYC is crazy, but we rent a car, so this hotel was a reasonable choice for us), Location (it only takes around 30~40 minutes to drive from Manhattan, but I guess it would take more than that during rush hour.), Extremely clean.

They were so accommodating and extremely clean. I loved my room and shower. The breakfast bar was exceptional. They had something for everyone which is rare at a hotel. I cant wait to return when it’s warmer to take advantage of the outside grounds.

The bed was comfortable and the room I stood in was clean. They had a good variety of breakfast but I did feel the eggs were a bit runny for my liking. Over all though everything else was great.

No real complaints, breakfast eggs a little runny/undercooked.

nice recent hotel, with good sized modern rooms. we were a family of 5 and were more than confortable. plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive

the sliding window in the room was broken, and we couldn’t close it properly, so we could hear the traffic on the road in front of the hotel
