Our room was large, clean, and comfortable with easy, close parking. The breakfast included omelets, breads, yogurt, meat options, and waffle makers among other selections. What really set this property apart, though, was the beautifully presented military artifacts and photos displayed throughout the lobby and hallways. There was a room dedicated to the Navajo code talkers. We had an informative guide in Teresa who shared the history and language of these essential warriors. Teresa is a treasure!

Nice clean room with plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable, and the room was well appointed.

The heater/furnace in the room was one of those window units. The fan on the unit ran ALL NIGHT LONG! It was quite annoying and made it difficult to sleep. Why do hotels use these units and, moreover, place them right next to the bed!? Why did the fan have to run ALL NIGHT LONG? I finally unplugged it in the morning for some peace at the risk of not getting any heat at all. On another note, the "breakfast" was terrible. A so-called scrambled egg was a thin slider that sort of resembled a real egg of some sort.i choked on it. There is no juice of any sort, and a toaster that barely heated up a bagel along with bad coffee. Thankfully there is a real restaurant nearby.

They accept pets and the pet fees are less than other hotels I have stayed in on this trip. (12 so far). Staff was very nice and professional. The breakfast was better than any other hotel I have stayed in for the whole trip. It may be a small thing but, 100% real orange juice was a nice surprise. As a veteran, I appreciated the military remembrance and honor display.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like

The breakfast was the best thing about this hotel. Teresa as very friendly and had a caring attitude.

The overall appearance of the hotel needs some attention. The front desk check in staff were ok, but could be a little nicer and inviting. The faucet fixtures seemed so cheap. I think they builders got by with just what they had to do to get this hotel built and in operation.

This is a great stopping point when towing a trailer. The parking lot right next door is plentiful weather it's a pickup truck and trailer or a semi truck. Breakfast was good too

Vending machines need to be better quality. They take change at times but the card reader works too. Some carpets look as they need a good cleaning or replacement.

Everything was great. Good breakfast, especially the gravy and coffee. And the staff was very nice, even willing to carry our bags, if needed. I also enjoyed your dedication to armed forces.

It was.difficult for my hisband to navigate the stairs. The elevator was out if service. Also, the room was quite warm and it took me a bit to realize what temperature I needed to set the thermostat.

The size of the room. The friendliness of the staff (Reception and cleaning staff!), The location was only a few miles from our destination. Weekday breakfasts were outstanding (BACON!) Weekends... no better than a typical Best Western.

Very clean hotel and rooms, the room was spacious and well kept. The pool and spa was crystal clear and towels provided at the pool. The breakfast had multiple choices to choose from the breakfast attendant assisted with making a waffle she was very kind and helpful. I will definitely book at the location again

The room and bed were very comfortable. There was a nice breakfast and easy check-in. The afternoon check-in clerks were very nice.

I needed a new hair dryer, the one in the room was Smoking and making noise. When I asked the morning clerk seemed very disinterested and seemed bothered by me asking for assistance.

The room was clean and spacious especially for 5 people & a dog. The $15 pet fee is very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although not a huge offering at breakfast, it did include both hot & cold items. It was a good selection to choose from and was tasty & fresh.

I would have liked some decaf tea options.
