I have stayed in this hotel numerous times, also with my dog. Everything is well done...

...except the breakfast. I have a lactose and carb intolerance, therefore would have appreciated some alternatives. On the first day I asked for an alternative milk, however was told the following day that it was forgotten. There were no breakfast cereal options, such as oatmeal. The fruit cups were filled with sugar, so not an option. Also, each day I had to ask for hot water for tea, as the thermos water was lukewarm. In addition, the heavy use of styrofoam and plastic is highly objectionable, in light of environmental concerns. I urge Best Western hotels to take that into consideration.

The room was bigger than expected. The bed and the sofa were all in good condition. I liked that there was a ceiling fan in the room so did not have to rely on the AC, sometimes I get colds from having the AC on too much. The outside areas and trails were awesome, allowed me to relax outside of the room and take in the spectacular views.

I think what could have been improved were the hours on the pool. It closed at 9pm so did not have a chance to enjoy it, I got back late from my seminar. I would have loved to sit in the hot tub but maybe next time.

I loved that we had the hotel almost all to ourselves. The staff was extremely polite. The room was big. Loved how the room was separated with a slide door. The pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was delightful and was changed every day. There is a walking trail and play areas on the property activities for the kids were useful.

The hotel is being remodeled (which is not issue whatsoever). The issue was that at one point our water was shut off without notification and the phone to the room was non functional. The front desk person helped by seeking the issue and apologized. The water was turned on as soon as we found maintenance. The phone was not fixed but that was on me because i had left the "do not disturb" sign outside.

I would have appreciated housekeeping service daily. We were there three nights and my understanding was that our room would be cleaned the third day. The housekeeper just came in and changed the towels. That was it. No beds even made. No floors or vacuuming of carpet. Nothing else. I expected the sheets to be changed but the beds weren’t even made up.

The entire family was able to stay in one suite - 2 bedrooms and it slept 6

Only 1 bathroom. Front area was big enough to possibly accommodate a shower and toilet. Or have the sink outside of the bathroom and have 2 separate showers/toilets.

Breakfast was exceptionally good and breakfast staff was very attentive; comfortable beds, quiet room. Good A/C.

Shower head was very clogged and did not spray much. Should have been replaced or cleaned before our arrival. Staff charged wrong credit card upon checkout and was not able to process a refund onsite.

Location of Hotel, even brought some other friend that rented out another room.

For one I was told the jacuzzi was going to be open when I was trying to make the reservations, but when I got to the hotel I was told the jacuzzi was not open. Also they close the swimming pool in the morning to put chemicals when I was time to get into the pool. Pool should have been service before or after it is open/closed. The carpets were not clean.

Cleanliness and location . Breakfast was good and nice to have there.

No ice maker on our floor. My bed didn’t have the fitted sheet fitted on the mattress on bottom of my bed.

front desk staff was extremely friendly! room was large and comfortable. breakfast was great. beautiful views of the pine tree covered hill out the window!! wild horses nearby

some cracked paint on the walls in the room. just some cosmetic signs of aging

Full service continental hot breakfast and attentive staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Indoor heated pool. Large bathroom.

No ice machine on 2nd floor, and the hot tub was down. Some of the lamp charging outlets did not work. Could have used a mirror in the room.
