the bed were comfortable and breakfast was delicious and loved the people, front receptionist was great, friendly people (felt welcomed, TBH: We are a different nationality and we usually run into people that treat us with that "look" or attitude towards us, I never felt so welcomed ever before I came to this hotel, will recommend this to all my family and friends) Thank you so much :)

We had to cancel our hotel that we booked when we got there to Ruidoso, because of the condition. We called booked a room at Ruidoso Mountain on the same day, without any problems. The hotel was pleasant, the staff was friendly and kind. We will stay there again as long as they don't hike up the prices, like most hotels do.

The 1 washer and 2 dryers, only 1 dryer was working. They should have more washers and dryers to accommodate the guests.

Very comfortable room. Large and roomy with separate sofa plus a good size table for using laptop. Excellent range of soaps, shampoo and body lotions. Decent bathroom. Great range for breakfast including proper hot food. Heated pool and spa was a real plus. Very clean in all areas. Easy parking. Close to decent restaurants and close to food shops. Easy access to lots of hiking trails.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles etc. We enjoyed the stay and the bed as cozy.

Would have loved larger pillows on the king bed. The pillows were nice, just small. Shower needed the bar tightened, the bar sagged in the middle and caused the shower curtain to slide to the middle. I meant to report it, but forgot.

Awesome spot to stay I build cell towers and on the road about 70 present of the year and this hotel is dirt cheap about has clean room 6am breakfast so you can be very cheap an catch a big breakfast an be clocked in by 6:15

Elevator was out of service. Had lots of luggage. We survived, but elderly or handicap...No Bueno.

Room / bathroom very nice and clean. Beds very comfortable! Best part is the breakfast 🧇 waffles were amazing! Location accessible to everything in my opinion. Stayed a few days for a ski trip and I couldn’t be happier! We will stay again!

Breakfast was nothing special just regular breakfast, but it was good. The room was a big, bed was a little bit too soft for us but otherwise a great room.

The stairs going up should been vacuumed and the rooms end table could have used some dusting.

Nice and friendly environment, friendly staff, clean and comfy beds, pool and Jacuzzi was great!! Continental Breakfast is excellent!!

Mini fridge didn't work properly, other than that no complaints!!

Comfortable room, bed and secure location for Sun-Tuesday stay. Staff friendly and accommodated an early check-in.

Breakfast food could be warmer. One morning coffee cold but much better next day. Neglected to tell staff the pipe under sink might be leaking.
