It was in a great location to get out and walk around the touristy area. Breakfast had hot and cold options that I don’t see everywhere recently. The rooms and facilities were all clean and as described online. Most of my praise goes out to the staff though, specifically Brandon. He was super helpful with everything. There was a power outage that morning and the elevator was down but he and the other staff accommodated everyone to the best of their abilities to get them situated comfortably. Even amongst people complaining and being upset (which it’s not the staffs fault there was an outage) he/they kept their cool and provided great customer service.

I love how the staff was responsive . very respectful and they worked very well with the resources they were given. The manager was super cool, the staff We're in the middle of training but we're very respectful and doing a good job. Breakfast was actually pretty good what I did not expect was a good variety and I was glad to see iThere was a Variety. It is something I would definitely come back to

Just in general I think that the owners not the managers but the owners need to do a walk through-and-through and be a little up-to-date on some of their preventative maintenance. And I think this hotel would be even better.

The location for walking downtown was excellent. The room was clean and the breakfast was always well stocked with a nice variety of things to eat. Staff was friendly and always ready to help when needed.

We were on the bottom floor because we brought our dog and the occupants above us made sure we could hear them walking around late into the night which made sleeping difficult.

Was so clean, staff very friendly, it's well located and secure near to everything. Breakfast was nice and out room was perfectly clean, the views are stunning and the pool was cleaned and somewhat warm

The elevator makes a worrisome noise, idk how to describe it, but I didn't like it. And the pool wasn't warm enough just the jacuzzi.

The location is amazing! So close to everything! Very clean! The room comes with a refrigerator and microwave, which was really convenient for us. The hot tub and pool were inside and clean. Free breakfast included was great!

Great location and the hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was fair, the only issue were the eggs and sausage were fairly cold. The serving dish did not keep them hot. We plan on staying there again next time we are in Ruidoso.

We had to make an unexpected stop here after car trouble, and were pleasantly surprised. It was a wonderful place to spend two nights. Loved the suite with an extra pull-out bed. Breakfast was great, as were the pool and hot tub. Location is ideal. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Ruidoso!

The central location is excellent. You can walk right out the door and be in the middle of everything. Parking was also super easy with an attached lot. Good value for money; we'd definitely stay again.

Not much to criticize. It is all a bit cookie-cutter generic and functional, but not necessarily in an off-putting way. It gets the job done with minimal fuss.

Very easy check in no hassle no delays . Staff very friendly and informative. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Excellent location for shopping and dining. Loved that it is pet friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone traveling with their pets.

Didn't like having to leave back home.

I liked the designs of bedroom and lobby. It had a designer look. Clean and neat. Colors and pictures were nice. Staff very helpful.

Just swimming pool had large clump of hair when we went to look at it. But problem was immediately taken care of by staff. Hot tub was very relaxing and clean. Just needed more towels by pool and larger towels.
