Excellent breakfast. Excellent customer service. Personal very nice.

The housekeeping/cleaning of the room was not on a daily basis. Did not happen during our 4 day stay. We had to empty our own trash and some other clients didn't, therefore foul smelling can start from that poor cleaning service. That's the only observation. Thanks for accepting our furry family.

The staff and Breakfast were awesome!! I thought the location wasn't in a nice area. I wish that whole street was renovated since it leads you into Ruidoso. Very close to the town but feels lackluster as you are entering. The hotel was nice but the street wasn't.

Very expensive stay at $225 a night but it was the week after Christmas so I guess that's normal. Would I do it again? No, sorry.

We like the easy access to the main street of this hotel, location is great. Beds where comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.

We forgot to ask for more towels and toilet paper. Usually when I stay in most of the hotels and motels they offer 2 toilet paper rolls ,we reserved this hotel for 2 nights, we only had one toilet paper roll ,we had to add an extra box of tissue paper from the store . That's the only inconvenience that we experienced.

I didn't like that the ice machine was leaking water on the first floor by the elevator. I didn't like that there wasn't enough washing machine and dryer.. we had to wait long for it to be vacant. We had to do our wash else where. The morning breakfast, there wasn't any eggs. The boiled eggs was to rubbery to eat..

The staff and specifically Neva were exceptionally kind and excelled in customer service. The rooms and entire facility was clean and well kept. We will definitely be staying again.

I had requested handicap room which I did get but did not like the walkin shower it was low to the floor and the tile was lifting in front of the shower because water was under tile

Room was first floor by the door and you could hear folks walking up and down the stairs. That really stinks after midnight. Thin walls

I always love LaQuinta because they are pet friendly. I travel with my dog about 80% of the time. I stay at LaQuinta even if I don't have my pet with me. They have everything I need.

I think the parking lot could be a little better lit up. Of course I'm a little sensitive because at the last hotel I stayed in (not a LaQuinta), my auto was vandalized to the tune of $11,000.

It was clean, smelled clean as soon as u walked in. The staff was very friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable.

The parking looked kind of sketchy but luckily we had no problems.

The staff was outstanding. Worked with us very well! Christie the evening manager was outstanding and made our stay very enjoyable!

The beds and the handicapped bathroom was very dated and needed repair on the floors and shower enclosure.
