Nice staff, very clean

Everything was great. The hotel was very new and clean and had everything we needed. Good location and a great nights sleep. Downstairs had coffee, water free all day.

I was obsessed with how comfortable the bed was!!! It felt like a cloud. Unfortunately, the pillows felt a bit too soft but overall it was extremely needed to sleep on such an amazing bed. I loved that there were water fountains to fill up water bottles. I loved how quick check-in was.

I did not like the garage set-up! I was charged $30 for parking in an underground tight cage. We couldn't get out until the front desk was contacted to open the gate. Just ridiculous. Why isn't there a motion sensor that opens that gate? I didn't like that the front desk guy questioned me about adding another name to the room. He said it wasn't necessary. I've never heard of that from a hotel. The breakfast area could have been more sanitary! There were no tongs to pick up muffins so I assume guests used their hands.

The staff is wonderful, very helpful and pleasant. Always goes out of the way to help. Venus was lovely in checking me in, had the room already set and went upstairs in no time. Malika was remarkable in accommodating a late check out and went out of her way to support. Heba always provided guidance during breakfast and generally, very thankful to her. The room service team was very pleasant and professional as well. The facility is spotless, I loved the high hygiene levels and that the facility is new and well maintained by very attentive staff. The lobby coffee corner is always well stocked. The neighbourhood is very safe. Rooms are modern, and extremely clean, very cozy, and is good in size; considering this is NYC. Bathrooms are spotless. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you need a good stay in Brooklyn or NYC in general. I will most definitely be back.

Nothing, everything was perfect; but it would've been great if there was a kettle and water bottles in the room.

Everything was perfect for me and my Husband.Just enough space we had a king bed nice and comfortable.My only complaint is the parking each night we came in we had to ride around for 30 -45 min before we found a parking spot and still got a ticket cause we parked in front of a trash can that was covering a fire hydrant.Had we known the trash can was covering it we would have not parked there.This is the info the front desk should warn there customers about especially if they are not from the NY state. Instead of telling us you have parking. Yes you have 6 spots for parking and you charge $30 in and out.Not $30 a day but $30 each time you leave and come back. Ridiculous!!! But other than that everything else was good.

I loved everything. The dove soap , shampoo/ conditioner, hand soap and body lotion. Also love how room service takes clean towels daily and a small room refresh. Also love how they sale a couple things down in the lobby and also the 24 hour coffee and small amenities offered in the lobby . Also loved that I can control our own room thermostat, I get a little hotter than usual and prefer the room to be cold especially while sleeping so that was great.

The room was a little smaller than expected and doesn’t have closet space but room was nice overall with everything you need!

This hotel is amazing option if you consider price and comfort. It is clean, with normal sized rooms and excellent personnel. I really enjoyed my stay there. Subway is located 7-10 minutes by walk, neighbourhood is full of shops and cafes and seems safe. I also liked that there is a breakfast served every morning plus there is coffee/tea corner available all day long.

I can hear my neighbours at night and every person who open/close a room door since it is very loud

The rooms are very new (October 2023), clean and modern. Ten minutes walking to the nearest metro station, there is a bus stop just opposite the street. The hotel staff are open-minded

There are construction works next to the building, another hotel? Breakfast is poor (fabricated stuff), the place to eat is very small next to the reception. Everybody understands that it is New York, the accommodation price is quite high for what you get (250 USD per night) and after some time if they do business well I think the prices will be even higher

The area/location has almost every shop you can think of! Wendy's, Chipotle, Dave's Hot Chicken, Sushi & even shopping sites like Modells, Victoria's Secret & Bath + Body Works!

This is a travel/family/student property! Very quiet. The walls seem very thin. So much so you could feel &+ hear the slamming of doors. You can hear people talking outside of your door! Others may be able to hear your TV outside of the door depending on how loud it is! I only booked for 1 night, however I'd look at other hotel properties in the future!
