I like the cleanliness, the breakfast options and the location of this hotel. Electric car charging and other amenities is a solid plus for me coupled with the cleanliness of the place.

the front desk associate tried to clean up the breakfast table before 10am; when we pointed out, it’s not 10am yet; he threw a mini-fit and came back at exactly 10am to clean it up. I thought that was weird.

Inside was very clean and quiet, felt new and renovated.

The area is extremely shady and seems to be in the middle of several car body chop-shops, a cement loader, a sanitation station and very dirty area. I did not feel safe walking the street to the subway station, ESPECIALLY at night!

Location was perfect for our Legends of Vinyl™ gala event, exactly 8 minutes by car and we went back and forth quite a bit. There was parking and on one occasion there was no spot (it was late at night) and if you know NYC/Bklyn parking is a nightmare. The young man at the front desk moved his car so we could park. The personnel very accommodating and always smiling. Elevator was fast and running! The room, typical room size, very clean, did not smell musty, towels were not rough, bed very comfortable. Coffee was good, breakfast, typical and served the purpose.

Location - You are closest to the D train at 205 Street, but You can easily walk to Coney Island / The BoardWalk/ Stillwell avenue from here so you can take a Q or R train too. There is a laundromat, liquor store, deli, and grocery within a 12 min walk from here on Neptune ave. Room - Clean, and spacious with wardrobe space and desk space to work from. Coffee machine/ TV/Wifi. Staff - Desk and Housekeeping, maintenance, and the manager were all really friendly, really attentive, and helpful to anything I asked for. I felt comfortable here and I would come back :)

Well, stuff is great there. Cleaning lady is amazing. Room was cleaned every day, towels changed...everything. Breakfast was much better than in any of our US stays. Not like European, but much better. Metro line D is some 500m from the hotel easy walk, so I can recommend it, because that line takes you to the city center, no need for changing lines. All in all, really very nice hotel.

Room was a bit smaller than in other US hotels, and no microwave in the room, but there is one in the lobby. So, don't take that as a minus.

The breakfast had a good variety of choices, but the food was cold and had to be warmed up in the microwave. The bed was comfortable, but pillows could be firmer. The hotel was clean, and there was daily maid service. Location was in a quiet area of Brooklyn within a 7-minute walk to the subway station and an 18-minute walk to the beach. There was a convenience store by the subway station, but there are not many restaurants within walking distance. Air conditioning worked well

The breakfast sitting area is small and sometimes crowded.

Value for the money and clean rooms

The light sensors that turn on due to movement were irritating.at night they would turn on light even due to blanket movement. Eventually taped that thing

The room and the hotel was clean. The soap and shampoo were in wall mounted dispensers (good). The breakfast offerings were good. The hotel was just close enough to Coney Island and the edge of Bensonhurst.

Almost next door to a concrete facility and a school bus depot. Every morning the only street out was lined with concrete trucks and school buses. Just beyond these are a gauntlet of automotive shops. I used local transit, so I had to walk through these each morning.

I'm grateful they did not use Covid as an excuse not to serve breakfast. Everything was nice and clean. I loved the music they played while we were eating. Thank God they had free parking.

The only thing I did not like was the motion activated lights. This is a "Hotel Room" you should only have the lights on when you need them, especially when you need privacy, then somebody moves, "SURPRISE"!

A little weird location but close to the beach. (15 min walk) breakfast was good. Only stayed for 2 days and there was no complaints except that I was charged twice for my reservation and now have to wait 6-10 days for my money back plus the headache to be calling around to get that refund.

The inconvenience of being charged previous when I booked through booking.com and also be charged when I did the check-in and now have to be sending proof to get a refund and wait 6 days for it. Frustrating
