Everything was good at this simple hotel which exceeded our expectation in terms of the breakfast selection. Besides the waffle machine, they even had hot dishes like scrambled eggs, omelette, etc on rotating menu basis. And the hotel provides coffee & hot drinking water for tea at all times at the recep area which was much appreciated by guests.

I always try to leave good feedback for businesses to improve on (if they want to). One observation I made was how hotels after the pandemic tend to save costs on things like providing floppies which to me is so basic and such a necessity than it's penny wise pound foolish not to do so.

I was in the area to shopping at the Woodbury Commons my trip was beautiful except that the refrigerator was too small for me to put my container from Chili's Restaurant I had to leave my food on top of the air unit in my room in hopes that it didn't spoil other than this it was all good

Too small of refrigerator in the room Jacuzzi too cold Every 🌄 morning I had to go to the front desk to get pen and paper to leave a note for the maid to let her know the money left out was her tip from me

The lobby was excellent like new, everything is updated and new, the rooms where pleasantly updated and in like new condition. I have been on many hotels during my 25 years of marriage and we frankly don't expect much, this hotel was much more than I expected, they took us in 2 hours before check-in and service was excellent

The pool had way too much bleach, very hot. Carpet on the halls was dirty and smelly. Didn't care much though, room was like new

I recommend. We will rent a room at this renovated hotel every time we visit Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. Everything is new, clean. nice to rest. The breakfasts are not bad. Service is top notch. We love the two pools. One of our hot children loves to bathe in it. The second one is cooler. If you enter it first, then it's fine.

you feel like Home, Megan, she is amazing! and the whole staff are great, they are all helpful, Ash?thank you for your generous help. They didn’t surprise me with extras at check out like other hotels in NY downtown.

the bus shuttle need to extend their working hours, the breakfast is basic, no much of healthy vegan options.

not necessarily a negative, but they are doing a lot of updating at the hotel, so there is construction noise during the day. The pool was unavailable. All of this is understandable to update the property 

Location was very strategic for shoppers to Woodbury Premium Outlets. Staffs were very friendly. Room was comfortable enough. Breakfast was decent

Not enough place to sit for breakfast - maybe it's due to the weekend crowd.

I have stayed at numerous hotels across the USA, and by far, this hotel provided the best hospitality! The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially Megan and ISH from the reception and the super kind driver Robert; I really appreciate their generous, extraordinary help! Moreover, the shuttle to the Woodbury outlet was a huge plus!

Shuttle service to Woodbury was just great. Uber was the other option and worked. Breakfast and dining place is very cozy.

The stay was beyond explanations. Staff was very helpful and kind. Hotel was a great retreat after NY city stress. Location was great for Woodbury outlet and Stewart international Airport homeflight.

room and the bathroom was spacious, clean. Very close to Woodbury and some nearby dining, convenience store is available.

breakfast is as it is expected, but could be a little better. Especialy coffe should be improved:)
