Staybridge Suites Corning, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was good. The rooms are clean and spacious . I like that it was pet friendly. The pool & spa were really nice. The staff was friendly . I liked how they hosted social events , had bbq facilities, and a campfire for guests to enjoy

The only complaint that I have is that parents would leave their kids alone in the pool area and they were probably less than 12 years old. The kids would be screaming , excessively splashing , pushing guests, and jumping into the shallow water (even the hot tub). This is not the hotels fault at all , but it really kind of ruined our experience in the pool . I think there should be more supervision or staff monitoring who goes in and if parents just leave their kids unsupervised

Finally a room that was truly handicap accessible. Plenty of space to maneuver around. Bathroom had plenty of grab bars in the shower and near the toilet. Room was even on the first floor which you don't see often. Why are handicap accessible rooms always on the second floor and up? How does a wheel chair bound individual get to safety in case of a fire when the elevators don't operate? Social hours of 5:30 to 7:00 was a bonus. What hotel does that? The food and wine and beverages were excellent. Staff was so helpful!

The room was super clean with no signs of a previous smoker or pet owner. No bed bugs (yes, we checked). The breakfast selection is good. The location is excellent (within walking distance from the Corning Museum of Glass).

One of the sinks was clogged quite badly. The vent in one of the bathrooms was broken. The refrigerator ice machine was broken. People in the area drive like maniacs.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff was friendly and the hotel was so clean. Had planned on going out to breakfast, but the included breakfast looked so good that we decided to try it and everything was delicious. So many things to do in the area. Our favorite was Hands on Glass. Definitely worth checking out. The owner is so friendly and we each we able to make a glass piece to bring home with us. Perfect weekend getaway!

close to the Corning glass museum, delicious breakfast, everything was very clean, staff was amazing, great selection of dvds and games to sign out, wish we had more time to spend shooting hoops in the courtyard. Perfect for a family vacation.

Carpet, and furniture were worn out. Door keys didn’t always work, and need system upgrade to rfid.

Location, quiet, staff was awesome gave me what I needed, no waiting 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Even helped me get a taxi for me to go where I wanted to. I'd recommend the Staybridge suites to all.

Can't complain, just a suggestion though more hooks in the room for hanging coats and a few in the tub to hang swimwear and for towels.

It was a lovely place with nice grounds and a nice staff. The breakfast was really pleasant.

There were several issues with the room. Another guests food was left in the fridge, cobwebs were hanging when we arrived, and the ice maker never worked. The bed was also terribly squeaky. I woke up every time my partner so much as rolled over.

The location is excellent, very close to everything yet set back away from the main road. So it was nice and quite.

We were unable to use the pool and whirlpool as the overwhelming smell of chlorine was unbearable. It was a shame because we were really looking forward to it. You good smell it all the way out in the hallway.

Everything was new, clean, and modern. Kitchenette was well equipped and nice. The landscaping of the grounds is lovely with many areas to sit privately or in a group. Loved the shower room in the pool area. Excellent breakfast options. Will definitely visit again!

The low flush toilets concerned me that they wouldn't empty properly.

Multiple rooms for the family was great. Also, was very happy with the grill, basketball court, pool, spa, laundry room, breakfast, and appetizers. Also, the location of the hotel was exceptional.

The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the hardness of the bed.
