Staff were kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was a nice option for us, and it had a good variety of options. Heated indoor pool was clean and had a clean restroom. All public areas were clean.

My only complaint would be the soap situation. There was one small bar of soap in the bathroom. It was to be used for hand washing and bathing / showering. There were large pump bottles of hand lotion and shampoo, but only the one small bar soap for washing.

I enjoyed the location, that it was pretty secluded. Also, the beds were very comfortable. I normally don’t enjoy sleeping in hotels because the beds aren’t that great but here they were, so that made our stay even better. Not waking up with a sore back made all the difference.

The breakfast could have been better. The eggs didn’t taste right. But every thing else was good.

The room with a king bed was large and the bathroom as very large. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and appeared relatively modern. The breakfast had many hot and cold options that are pretty standard for US hotel chains. It is a short drive to downtown Corning and to Corning Glass Museum.

I have no complaints. This was a nice Hampton Inn.

It was a delightful stay. We had a very restful sleep in the comfortable beds. The free breakfast was incredible and we appreciated the 6am - 10am flexible schedule for that. The waffles and omelettes were delicious. Close proximity to the town Corning and Watkins Glen was only a 30 minutes drive away. Would definitely come back!

Everything was great!

Competitive price to Holiday inn express. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean.

Breakfast was fair. Better at other locations. A little noisy ;seemed walls a bit thin. Wished was a little closer to decent restaurants but it wasn’t bad driving 3 miles into town. Shower and sink drains a little slow.

Spacious suite. Excellent bed. Refrigerator and micro were appreciated. Staff were knowledgeable about nearby eateries. The morning staff were warm, generous, and supportive.

The evening check in staff person was clinical and remote, and failed to draw attention to the limited hours for breakfast. Finding the Inn after dark was a huge problem. Street lighting is non existant and had my travel companion not seen the red "Hampton" sign we would still be searching.

Location

The breakfast was bland. The eggs were tasteless and some of the muffins were stale. Also, the staff wasn't kidding when they said breakfast ended at 9. They started removing the food and shutting the doors at 9. Improve the facilities and the towels.

Booking the stay was super easy. Lexi at the front desk was very helpful with directions and local information, great warm welcome. Proximity to available food (Applebee's) and necessities (Walmart) was also a plus. Breakfast area was clean, no lines and the waffles were awesome!

No issues on this visit.

It was quiet, clean and near everything.

Waffles, egg & cheese omelettes, potatoes, toast or a bagel was considered their hot breakfast. Would have been nice if there was sausage & bacon. Or even items to put in or on the omelettes. Fresh fruit other than bananas would have been nice. Like strawberries for the waffles with whipped cream

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned after the first night. No clean towels, no fresh toiletries and the very full trash can was not emptied. For the price, I feel, housekeeping could have taken care of this. I was informed at the front desk, that the rooms were only made up if guests stayed for a week or more. Strange policy.... Also, our shower was not functioning properly, and only about half the water came out of the shower nozzle, while the other half came out of the bathtub faucet.
