The room was excellent. EXCEPT the room kitchen was lacking needed kitchen pots, pans, bowls, spoon, forks. only ONE large pot with two pot tops to cook with. All staff were excellent, polite, helpful and kind. Tess was a jewel with the excellent breakfasts. Very warm heated caring lady Made sure the food was hot and each container was filled. Thank you Tess!!

The room was wonderful. Very spacious with separate bedroom suite. TV in living room and bedroom. Full kitchen with basic pots and utensils. The highlight was the breakfast. Fresh biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, in addition to all the usual “continental breakfast “ fare. The best free breakfast of our 2 week vacation!

Location was business park. Not terrible but not very picturesque. POOL WAS CLOSED:( My phone was failing, (unrelated to stay), unable to include pictures.

The staff , particularly Tess who had amazing people skills . She was our front at breakfast but worked on the kitchen . In my opinion as a customer service manager , Tess would be better positioned our front as her people’s skills , friendliness and knowledge of area are exceptional .

Needed a lick of paint and no bulbs in lamps at bedside tables

The suite set up was very nice, liked the door that separated bedroom from living area. The pool was clean and fun. Staff was very nice and friendly. Good location. Liked that the windows opened. The room was pleasant and comfortable.

The suite could have been a bit cleaner, we felt the need to really wipe things down, there was a bit of sticky residue on some surfaces and chairs. We liked that the windows opened but the screen on one had several holes so we couldn’t open that side. We’re probably the exception in that we like to open windows when it’s not too hot. A couple of the outlets didn’t work; for one the top plug worked but the bottom didn’t. we didn’t bother to report to staff as we were in and out and honestly didn’t want the possible inconvenience of someone coming to fix things; we worked around them.

We came out for a busy basketball tournament. The hotel accommodated our busy schedule by allowing us to check in early, They were very friendly and took the stress off. The room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom with 2 private bathrooms !! Each zone had its own climate control (3) for our room. The hotel had easy entry from all sides that made it nice to get in and out conveniently. The Hotel was pet friendly and had dog waste bags conveniently available at the exits. We travel a lot for the children's sporting events but this was the first time staying at a Cresthill Suites. I can honestly say that I will be looking for Cresthill Suites in any upcoming trip.

We had to leave early in the morning and couldn't enjoy the Hotel longer.

Though the facility was older and could use some renovation, I initially thought that I would be disappointed, I was not. Early on, I had issues with my door not latching properly, once I notified the staff, it was addressed within minutes to my satisfaction. It was also exceptionally clean.

It is an older facility that could use some renovation however I would stay here again.

We had plenty of space for our family. We liked having all the amenities that we needed for our family as well.

The place seemed very clean other than our room floor. You could definitely tell that they hadn’t been swept or mopped in a long time. For example; After my kids took a shower, their feet were so black from the floors. You could even see the mud/dirt spots on the bathroom floor. I have young children so shoes on them all the time is not always an option. Other than the floors the place seemed very clean.

Wonderful stay at Cresthill! Big applause to all the staff and a big thank you. I actually ended up at Cresthill because my flight got cancelled last minute. I was really frustrated when I got there, but turned out I just got an extended holiday! It's close to the airport, easy to get a uber ride. The suites are huge, and the full kitchen is great. The outdoor swimming pool is so relaxing. The best part is the staff. Everyone was super helpful, personal and warm. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe in that space. I would highly recommend everyone stay at Cresthill if you are in the area. Definitely the best value in that big compound with lots of hotels.

Breakfast was great - and we ate it at the back patio, the weather was perfect in the morning! The breakfast room is very spacious, too, does not feel overcrowded as in other places we stayed. The room was large and quiet, the bed super-comfy. The staff was extremely helpful - Nichole from the late shift and Nicole the manager from the morning shift - thank you very much for all your help! Also - easy drive to Green Lakes Park, a beautiful place!

The pool is small and was crowded (after all, it's warn weather school break). There is not much within hotel's walking distance - but easy drive to a few places.

We were only here one night, traveling with our dog. Check-in was quick, we were given an end room so taking the dog out was easy. There were great spaces to walk the dog which is nice after a 9 hr drive. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We did use the microwave to heat up dinner and it was nice to have the kitchen so we could just relax after a long travel day.

Not really a "didn't like" but things we shared with the front desk- the kitchen sink backed up and drained slow and the disposal didn't work. Also someone had melted something on one of the stove burners. I notified the front desk and let them know so we wouldn't be charged for damage but also that we didn't need it fixed for our one night stay.
