Loved having two bedrooms so the family could all spread out. The kitchen was updated and fully equipped to make meals. Everything was very nice inside and outside was great. Didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel, it felt like an apartment or condo at and Airbnb. The best part was the wood burning fireplace! What a wonderful surprise! We used it every night. The kids loved it as well.

The only thing that we didn't love was that our coffee maker was not working, so we had to leave the room every morning in the snow and cold to go to the main lobby to get coffee. Also, the free continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. No pancakes, fruit or waffles. Just diet yogurt , mini muffins, and lumpy oatmeal. It's free, so you can't complain too much. I just recommend bringing things to make your own breakfast in the room. Other than that, we truly liked it here!

Breakfast was hot and a cut above. The morning staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the lay out of the room. The hot food was done well and the area was very tidy with even sanitizer there and all were asked to clean your hands before touching any surfaces. That was an important addition to protect the guests.

My check in was rough since I was sent to the wrong building at first. Then sent to another room that didn’t accept the key so on the third try we were able to access a room. I would have given 10 stars except for the check in.

I liked the cleanliness, ambience and location.

1) Breakfast could have been better. There are no options. 2) Price is on the higher side. I felt it was very expensive even though the demand was less.

Not sure why I never picked the residence inn. Whenever I travel with my parents and siblings it always this. I told my wife this is it. The room was amazing. Stove, sink, dishwasher, dishes and a dining table. Absolutely lovely.

Checkout day I couldn't get breakfast. I think a pipe burst. Not really anything bad but I would've loved some breakfast before we hit the road.

Breakfast was fine. The rooms a little small, but OK. Cleanliness and covid precautions were good. Being able to accommodate five adults in a single suite was my primary reason for choosing this hotel.

Bathrooms were too small and rather inconveniently laid out. Grounds were a bit over-grown, and un-weeded. The wrong size sheets were left for the sofa bed. Road signs and Travelling around Carrier Circle is very confusing, (even though I have prior experience with the area)

Rooms were nice and spacious. Clean and 2-bedroom layout was great for our family. I also enjoyed use of the fitness center. Clean. Treadmill and weights

Breakfast was less than average. Poor rating. Not many options and not fully stocked. Food was low quality.

In the area of many hotels. This was clean and efficient. Breakfast in the room rate was not elaborate but the choices allowed for some variety each morning. Quiet at night. Very good parking by your door.

The location was further out from much of our activities, but that isn’t the hotels fault!!

The room was spacious, perfect for my family. Wonderful outdoor courtyard, full kitchen was a huge plus. We also appreciate the 12pm checkout time. Will definitely book again.

There was minor mishap. We had to utilize the sofa bed and upon unfolding it there were still linens and pillows that I can only assume were left from the last guest. Outdoor pool was not open during our stay.

Breakfast was great! The room was so comfy. The amenities in the room were more than adequate. The staff was very friendly.
